In this role, you will work with advanced technologies, you&#39;ll develop and maintain applications that support our operations, with a focus on Web APIs and AI integration. You&#39;ll analyze business requirements, create technical specifications, write clean code, perform testing, and provide ongoing support for deployed solutions. As a team member, you&#39;ll participate in code reviews, resolve complex issues, and support other developers.</p><p></p><p><u><span>Education/Experience</span></u><span>:</span></p><ul><li>Bachelor&#39;s degree or equivalent experience and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in systems development, or related roles.</li></ul><p></p><p><u><span>Major Job Responsibilities</span></u><span>:</span></p><ul><li>Design, develop, and maintain web applications using <b>Node.js and related technologies</b>.</li><li>Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using <b>Java (Spring, Spring Boot) and related technologies</b>.</li><li>Create and integrate <b>Web APIs</b> for various internal and external services.</li><li>Work with relational databases such as <b>MySQL and Oracle</b>, including database integration and query optimization.</li><li>Implement and manage cloud-based solutions using <b>AWS services</b>.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.</li><li>Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.</li><li>Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other developers.</li><li>Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex software issues.</li><li>Implement <b>AI features and integrations</b> in applications where applicable.</li><li>Utilize <b>JIRA</b> for project management, task tracking, and sprint planning</li><li>Manage code versions and collaborate with team members using <b>Git</b>.</li><li>Participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives</li><li>Continuously improve software development processes and best practices</li><li>Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in web development and cloud computing</li><li>Mentor junior developers and contribute to the team&#39;s knowledge sharing initiatives</li></ul><p></p><p><u><span>Must Have skills:</span></u></p><ul><li>Strong proficiency in <b>Node.js and JavaScript</b>.</li><li>Familiarity with <b>Java/Spring (Spring Boot) based applications</b>.</li><li>Experience with <b>Web API development and consumption</b>.</li><li>Experience working with relational databases such as <b>MySQL and Oracle</b>.</li><li>Proficiency with <b>Git</b> version control system.</li><li>Knowledge of <b>AWS cloud platform and services</b>.</li><li>Experience with <b>Agile methodologies</b> and <b>JIRA</b> for project management.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li></ul><p></p><p><u><span>Good to have skills:</span></u></p><ul><li>Familiarity with AI concepts and integration of AI technologies into applications.</li><li>Knowledge of <b>microservices architecture</b>.</li><li>Experience with test-driven development and automated testing.</li><li>Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.</li></ul><p></p><p><u><span>Working Hours</span></u><span>:</span></p><p><span>India: </span>01:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST<br /><span>Philippines: </span>03:30 PM to 12:30 AM PHT</p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p>
