clear status updates, decision support, and post–re-org validation results to stakeholders.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Proactively communicate timelines, dependencies, and system<span> </span></span><span>impacts</span><span><span> </span>to ensure smooth execution and prevent processing issues.</span></span><span> including manager changes, department transfers, job changes, and position updates</span></b><span><span>.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Configure and<span> </span></span><span>maintain</span><span><span> </span></span></span><b><span>Core<span> </span></span><span>HR</span><span><span> </span>work structures</span></b><span><span>, including legal entities, business units, departments, jobs, grades, positions, and worker assignments.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Configure and support<span> </span></span></span><b><span>Absence Management</span></b><span><span><span> </span>components such as absence plans, eligibility profiles, accrual rules, and<span> </span></span></span><b><span>quarterly Oracle HCM updates</span></b><span><span>, including review and testing activities.</span></span><span>
