Surgeon Relations, Vice President

<div><!--block-->The purpose of this role is to foster deeper and more meaningful relationships with our shoulder surgeon customers to promote retention; facilitate greater communication with customers to prevent the occurrence of issues - and if issues do occur, work to resolve those challenges more effectively and efficiently; finally, this role should wholistically manage our consultant engagement activities and ensure that are in alignment with the business units needs assessment and strategic goals.&nbsp; This position reports to the shoulder business unit leader.</div>
