職務概要（Position Summary）
Support Analyst／Technical Support Specialist II は、Technical Support Team の一員として、Thermo Fisher Scientific の Digital Science and Automation Solutions（DSAS）部門が提供する製品について、お客様に対し24時間365日の高品質なテクニカルサポートを提供する役割を担います。
このポジションでは、サポート案件に対して目標対応時間内に迅速に対応するとともに、ヘルプデスクサービスの継続的な改善活動へ積極的に参加することで、高い品質基準を維持することが求められます。
また、週末勤務および、顧客サポートやトレーニングのために最大25％程度の出張に対応できることが必要です。
主な職務内容（Key Responsibilities）
- 優れた分析力および問題解決能力を有し、Thermo Fisher ScientificのDigital Science and Automation Solutions製品（SampleManager LIMS、Watson LIMS、Integration Managerなど）に関する知識を持つこと。
- ITサービスマネジメント（ITSM）のベストプラクティスを理解し、インシデント管理、問題管理、根本原因分析（Root Cause Analysis）、サービスリクエスト対応など、標準的なテクニカルサポートプロセスに精通していること。
- 週末勤務に柔軟に対応し、サポート案件を受付から解決まで主体的に担当し、サービスレベルアグリーメント（SLA）を遵守すること。
- SalesforceやAtlassian Jiraなど、テクニカルサポートで使用されるCRMツールの実務知識を有すること。
- .NETおよびC#によるプログラミング経験・知識を有すること。
- データベース（Microsoft SQL Server、Oracle、PostgreSQL）の基本的な概念を理解し、基本的なデータベース管理作業を実施できること。また、効率的なSQLスクリプトを作成できること。
- Amazon Web Services（AWS）やKubernetesなどのクラウドコンピューティング技術に関する基礎知識を有すること。
- TechOps、Development（開発部門）、Professional Servicesなど、Thermo Fisher Scientificの関連チームと良好な協力関係を構築すること。
- 高い文章力・コミュニケーション能力を発揮し、率直かつ誠実に情報共有を行うこと。
- 困難な顧客対応においても、常にプロフェッショナルかつ丁寧な対応を行うこと。
- 重大な問題を積極的に特定し、Helpdesk Team Leader、Support Manager、またはDSAS Development Teamへ適切にエスカレーションすること。
- DSS製品に関するナレッジ記事や技術文書を作成・維持すること。
- Practical Process Improvement（PPI）ビジネスシステムを活用し、テクニカルサポート業務の効率化・品質向上を推進すること。
- 必要に応じて国内外への出張を行い、オンサイトでの顧客サポートを提供すること。

応募資格（Minimum Requirements / Qualifications）
- 学士号または修士号を有すること（専攻は臨床検査科学、生命科学、情報技術分野が望ましい）。
- **LIMS（Laboratory Information Management System：試験・検査情報管理システム）**の使用経験。
- C#および.NETなどのプログラミング言語に習熟していること。
- 高い顧客志向と優れた対人コミュニケーション能力を有すること。
- 学習意欲が高く、技術面・専門性の両方について継続的に成長・自己研鑽に取り組めること。
Position Summary:
The Support Analyst/Technical Support Specialist II will be a member of the Technical Support Team, delivering high-quality, 24/7 technical support to customers for products supplied by Thermo Fisher Scientific’s Digital Science and Automation Solutions Division.
The high standards required for this position will be achieved through the analyst’s ability to respond to support incidents within target times and participate in activities aimed at continuously improving helpdesk services.
The analyst must be available to work on weekends and travel up to 25% of the time to provide customer support and training.
Key responsibilities:
- Must possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, along with knowledge of Thermo Fisher Scientific Digital Science and Automation Solutions products such as SampleManager LIMS, Watson LIMS, and Integration Manager.
- Must be familiar with IT service management (ITSM) best practices and have an understanding of standard technical support processes, including incident management, problem management, root cause analysis, and service request handling.
- Must be flexible to work on weekends and take independent ownership of support cases from receipt through resolution, ensuring compliance with service level agreements.
- Should have working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools used in technical support environments, such as Salesforce or Atlassian Jira.
- Should have programming knowledge and experience with .NET and C#.
- Should have basic understanding of database concepts and perform core database administration tasks (on MS SQL, Oracle, and PostgreSQL) and design efficient SQL scripts.
- Must have a solid understanding of cloud computing concepts and platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Kubernetes.
- Build strong working relationships with team members and other Thermo Fisher Scientific teams, particularly TechOps, Development and Professional Services.
- Communicate openly and honestly, demonstrating strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Manage difficult customer interactions professionally and courteously.
- Proactively identify and escalate critical issues to the Helpdesk Team Leader, Support Manager, or DSAS Development team.
- Create and maintain knowledge articles and documentation related to DSS products.
- Embrace the Practical Process Improvement (PPI) Business System to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Technical Support operations.
- Be available to travel nationally and internationally as required to provide on-site customer support.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Laboratory Science, Life Sciences, or Information Technology.
- Experience with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS)
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C# and .NET.
- Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated to learn, grow, and continuously develop technical and professional skills.
