<p><b>Supply Chain Specialist based in Singapore</b></p><p></p><p><b>Life Unlimited.</b> At Smith+Nephew, we design and manufacture technology that takes the limits off living.</p><p></p><p>This role is intended to attract college graduates of Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or similar fields. The Supply Chain Leadership Development Program is a full-time program lasting 24-30 months which offers a unique opportunity to rotate across various supply chain fields. Rotation areas will include assignments in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Management & Analytics, Procurement, Distribution, and Manufacturing. The program starts in June 2026.</p><p></p><p><b>What will you be doing?</b></p><ul><li>Learn the Smith + Nephew supply chain business processes and supporting systems,</li><li>Participate in a variety of professional development opportunities aimed at familiarizing yourself with Smith+Nephew and the medical device industry,</li><li>Create presentations, perform analytics, or other tasks that can be presented to director level managers,</li><li>Develop a basic understanding of relevant compliance, GxP and Quality Systems standards and specifically FDA Quality System Regulations,</li><li>Be assigned a mentor who will support and coach you in goal setting and ensure you successfully progress through the rotational program.</li><li>Establishing of required work information template and reporting format.</li><li>Extraction of requirements across International region.</li><li>Collate and Analyse As Is and To Be status for Projects.</li><li>Engagement of Stakeholders involved in project implementation.</li><li>End to end process from initiation to post execution hyper care stage of projects.</li><li>To always act in a responsible manner to avoid risk to self or to the company and comply with the workplace safety and health and security policy.</li><li>Any other duties involved within the role and/or the tasks as assigned from time to time.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>What will you need to be successful?</b></p><p>Success in the role will require a combination of technical knowledge, soft skills, and a deep understanding of both the business and service-providing sides of an organization. Successful candidates would need the following:</p><ul><li>Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business & Supply Chain Management.</li><li>Fresh graduate or 1 ~ 2 years work experience</li><li>Basic knowledge in Supply Chain Management operations</li><li>Strong communication skills with the ability to influence others.</li><li>High learning agility with the ability to analyze and synthesize data.</li><li>Ability to assess technical issues and develop solutions utilizing an analytical approach to problem solving.</li><li>Independent thinking and the ability to work within a team.</li></ul><p></p><p><span><b>You.
