Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Supply Chain Manager (m/f/d) to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring the efficient procurement, and distribution of biotech products. You will collaborate with various teams to enhance operational efficiency, minimize costs, and maintain high-quality standards. Responsibilities include managing supplier relationships, monitoring inventory procedures, coordinating logistics, ensuring regulatory compliance, and collaborating with multiple teams. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related fields, experience in supply chain management preferably within the biotech industry, expertise in procurement and logistics, and proficiency in ERP systems and English and German languages.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or similar degree in supply chain management, Life Sciences or related fields. Several years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or procurement preferably within the biotech or pharma industry. Demonstrated expertise in procurement, inventory management, and logistics. Understanding of regulatory requirements particularly related to shipment and tariffs. Good negotiation and communication skills. Proficiency in ERP system – Business Central knowledge preferred. Very good English and German language skills (written and spoken).
