As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in managing our <strong>Upstream Contract Manufacturers</strong> across multiple supply chains. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with global cross-functional teams working together to achieve extraordinary results.</p><p>You will join a department of seven dedicated colleagues located In Hellerup, within our larger Global Supply Chain Management organization, having the key responsibility for managing all supply chain-related topics and commercial aspects with our Contract Manufacturers. We are a diverse team representing multiple nationalities, and our everyday atmosphere is characterized by laughter, can-do attitudes and a constant focus on making a difference.&nbsp; </p><p><strong>Your key focus?</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Supplier Relationship Management</strong> - manage Contract Manufacturers across projects and supply chains </li><li><strong>Procurement </strong>- negotiate commercial terms with current and future Contract Manufacturers&nbsp; </li><li>Participate in the <strong>Sales and Operations Planning</strong> Process – execute operational, tactical &amp; strategic planning&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </li><li>Drive and support <strong>projects &amp; improvement initiatives</strong> </li><li><strong>Performance Management and Reporting</strong> – metrics, dashboards and management reporting</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Our ideal candidate </strong></p><ul><li><strong>You hold</strong> a relevant education within Supply Chain Management and have practical experience with end-to-end supply chain management.
