<div class="content-intro">At Tactile Medical, we specialize in developing at-home therapy devices to treat lymphedema, chronic venous insufficiency and respiratory illnesses.</div>Tactile Medical is offering a Supply Chain internship opportunity for a student who is seeking to accelerate their professional experience and career trajectory in supply chain. In this 11-week internship program, our Supply Chain intern will join other interns to start out in our corporate headquarters campus in Minneapolis, MN for the first three days to learn from leaders across the entire organization. Our leaders will walk through how each of Tactile Medical's&nbsp;collaborative&nbsp;teams identify patients, provide them with care, and ensure their lives are improved. We will provide an exclusively&nbsp;transparent&nbsp;view on how we at Tactile&nbsp;embrace change&nbsp;by proactively innovating our products, processes, and challenge each other. After the first three days on campus, the Supply Chain intern is paired with a mentor on the supply chain team to dive into their internship focus. You will be given an authentic experience by working through real supply chain issues and contributing to meaningful projects. On the final day, all our interns will return to campus to celebrate their accomplishments and reflect on how they made a direct impact on helping people live a better quality of life. Program Details: <ul> <li>11-week program, first three days and the last day at our Minneapolis corporate office&nbsp;(weeks of 6/1/26-8/10/26)</li> <li>Full time during normal business hours (40 hours a week, Monday through Friday)</li> <li>Tours of different sites and departments (Manufacturing, Sales, Clinical, and others)</li> <li>One on one mentorship provided for each intern</li> <li>Social and community outreach events</li> <li>Team building and career development activities</li> <li>Gain industry knowledge from a leading medical device company</li> <li>Live our corporate values to help improve peoples' lives</li> <li>Networking with our interns and professionals from a variety of departments</li> <li>Learn from a personal internship to gain applicable professional skills and experience</li> <li>Present internship accomplishments on final day of internship program</li> <li>Competitive hourly pay rate</li> <li>Possible contribution towards academic credits</li> </ul> Responsibilities <ul> <li>Work independently and collaboratively with the Supply chain team on projects to drive continuous improvement</li> <li>Prepare and gather data for Business Reviews with Key Suppliers</li> <li>Analyze and measure key metrics for Supply Chain Department</li> <li>Monitor Purchase Order on time delivery through receipt dates and update accordingly on reschedules</li> <li>Assess supplier strength and analyze risk of critical components to determine potential RFx opportunities</li> <li>Perform necessary system analysis, data management, and system testing with collaboration from various departments to refine the MRP system</li> <li>Manage a supply chain project or portion of a project through completion during the 11-week internship</li> <li>Present project work, experiences, and learnings during final week of internship</li> </ul> Qualifications Education &amp; Experience Required: <ul> <li>Enrollment in an accredited bachelor's degree program as a rising Sophomore, Junior, or Senior pursuing a degree in supply chain management, or other technical discipline</li> <li>Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employment sponsorship, now or at any time in the future</li> <li>Strong academic track record (GPA of 3.0 or above)</li> <li>Able to commit to the full 11-week internship working 40 hours per week</li> </ul> Preferred: <ul> <li>Relevant technical course work or research experience relating to internship</li> <li>Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and others)</li> <li>Experience using software like ERP, preferably NetSuite</li> </ul> &nbsp; &nbsp;<div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description">Our total compensation package includes medical, dental and vision benefits, retirement benefits, employee stock purchase plan, paid time off, parental leave, family medical leave, volunteer time off and additional leave programs, life insurance, disability coverage, and other life and work wellness benefits and discounts.
