<p style="margin: 0in 0in 8pt; line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: calibri;">In this 11-week internship program, our Supply Chain intern will join other interns to start out in our corporate headquarters campus in Minneapolis, MN for the first three days to learn from leaders across the entire organization. Our leaders will walk through how each of Tactile Medical's&nbsp;<strong>collaborative</strong>&nbsp;teams identify patients, provide them with care, and ensure their lives are improved. We will provide an exclusively&nbsp;<strong>transparent</strong>&nbsp;view on how we at Tactile&nbsp;<strong>embrace change</strong>&nbsp;by proactively innovating our products, processes, and challenge each other.</span></p>

You will be given an authentic experience by working through real supply chain issues and contributing to meaningful projects. On the final day, all our interns will return to campus to celebrate their accomplishments and reflect on how they made a direct impact on helping people live a better quality of life.</span></p>

<ul>
<li><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: calibri;">11-week program, first three days and the last day at our Minneapolis corporate office&nbsp;(weeks of 6/1/26-8/10/26)</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: calibri;">Full time during normal business hours (40 hours a week, Monday through Friday)</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: calibri;">Tours of different sites and departments (Manufacturing, Sales, Clinical, and others)</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: calibri;">One on one mentorship provided for each intern</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: calibri;">Social and community outreach events</span></li>

<ul>
<li><span style="font-family: calibri; font-size: 12pt;">Work independently and collaboratively with the Supply chain team on projects to drive continuous improvement</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: calibri;">Prepare and gather data for Business Reviews with Key Suppliers</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: calibri;">Analyze and measure key metrics for Supply Chain Department</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: calibri;">Monitor Purchase Order on time delivery through receipt dates and update accordingly on reschedules</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: calibri; font-size: 12pt;">Assess supplier strength and analyze risk of critical components to determine potential RFx opportunities</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: calibri;">Perform necessary system analysis, data management, and system testing with collaboration from various departments to refine the MRP system</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: calibri;">Manage a supply chain project or portion of a project through completion during the 11-week internship</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: calibri;">Present project work, experiences, and learnings during final week of internship</span></li>

<p><strong><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: calibri;">Qualifications</span></strong></p>

<p style="margin-bottom: 0in;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: calibri;">Required:</span></p>
<ul>
<li><span style="font-family: calibri; font-size: 12pt;">Enrollment in an accredited bachelor's degree program as a rising Sophomore, Junior, or Senior pursuing a degree in supply chain management, or other technical discipline</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: calibri; font-size: 12pt;">Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employment sponsorship, now or at any time in the future</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: calibri; font-size: 12pt;">Strong academic track record (GPA of 3.0 or above)</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: calibri; font-size: 12pt;">Able to commit to the full 11-week internship working 40 hours per week</span></li>
</ul>

<li><span style="font-family: calibri; font-size: 12pt;">Relevant technical course work or research experience relating to internship</span></li>

<li><span style="font-family: calibri; font-size: 12pt;">Experience using software like ERP, preferably NetSuite</span></li>
