<p><b>Job Title:</b> Supply Chain Intern</p><p><b>Location:</b> Tuas</p><p><b>Reports To:</b> Head of Supply Chain</p><p><b>Employment Type:</b> Internship (Full-time)</p><p></p><h2>About the Role</h2><p>The Modulus Singapore Supply Chain Intern will support the supply chain team in delivering data-driven insights to improve site supply planning and logistics processes. The intern will contribute to building a resilient and adaptable supply chain capable of supporting NPI materials through to commercial supply. Working closely with cross-functional teams including production, manufacturing technology, engineering, safety, and quality, the intern will play an active role in implementing a fit-for-purpose supply &amp; logistics operating model.</p><p></p><h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><ul><li><p>Support the supply chain team in designing and implementing fit-for-purpose supply &amp; logistics strategies</p></li><li><p>Maintain and manage supply planning and material master data; during the project phase, act as supply chain user representative for master data setup, planning parameter definition, UAT, and training development</p></li><li><p>Design and set up reporting metrics for internal performance monitoring and external service providers (e.g. on-time delivery, order fulfillment rates, inventory turns)</p></li><li><p>Build and maintain dashboards and reports using data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Excel) to deliver actionable supply chain insights</p></li><li><p>Support value stream mapping to identify process gaps, waste, and improvement opportunities</p></li><li><p>Derive insights from logistics data across availability, sourcing, distribution, and supplier management</p></li><li><p>Ensure adherence to cGMP and all Sanofi Quality, Safety, and Compliance requirements</p></li><li><p>Explore and promote adoption of AI and digital tools within the supply chain function</p></li></ul><p></p><h2>What You Bring</h2><ul><li><p>Pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical and critical thinking skills</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI or Tableau is a plus</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and lean/VSM concepts is advantageous</p></li><li><p>Eager to learn new technologies and digital tools including AI</p></li><li><p>Ability to work effectively in multi-disciplinary, multi-cultural teams</p></li><li><p>Detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong team player</p></li></ul><p></p><h2>What We Offer</h2><ul><li><p>Hands-on exposure to both NPI and commercial supply chain operations</p></li><li><p>Opportunity to contribute to a greenfield project at Modulus Singapore</p></li><li><p>Mentorship from experienced supply chain professionals</p></li><li><p>Access to cutting-edge AI and digital tools in a global pharmaceutical environment</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h1>Pursue <i>progress</i>, discover <i>extraordinary</i></h1><p>Better is out there.
