As we actively map and assess the labour market, we are identifying Supply Chain Experts who will manage procurement, planning, and customer service activities to ensure materials, capacity, and products are delivered on time, at the right quality, and at optimal cost.<p style="text-align:inherit"><br /> </p><p style="text-align:left"><b>Job Description</b></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Execute bidding and contracting processes; provide analytics and sourcing insights.</li><li>Manage short-term scheduling and tactical Master Production Planning (3–24 months).</li><li>Partner with suppliers to optimize purchasing plans, inventory performance, and service levels.</li><li>Act as the customer interface for supply projects and ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, and regulatory standards.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Essential Requirements</b>:</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field; Chemistry/Pharmacy preferred.</li><li>2&#43; years in Procurement or/and 1–3 years in supply chain or manufacturing roles.</li><li>Strong analytical, planning, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Fluent English and proficiency with Microsoft Office; ERP/MRP experience is a plus.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion / EEO paragraph:</b></p><p>Novartis is committed to building an outstanding, inclusive work environment and diverse teams representative of the patients and communities we serve.</p><p></p><p><b>Why Novartis:</b> Helping people with disease and their families takes more than innovative science.
