Description
The Supply Chain Associate plays a key role in supporting end-to-end supply chain operations for Cabaletta’s clinical cell therapy programs. This role works closely with the Supply Chain Manager to coordinate time-sensitive patient material shipments, manage critical raw materials, and ensure seamless execution across internal teams, clinical sites, and external manufacturing partners. Responsibilities include patient & clinical shipment coordination, external manufacturing & vendor support, process excellence & documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, life sciences, or related field; or 3–5 years of relevant supply chain experience. Strong organizational and communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail. Solid understanding of supply chain principles; experience with ERP or inventory management systems is a plus. Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast moving environment with evolving priorities. Experience in biotech, cell therapy, clinical supply chain, or a startup environment is preferred. Strong team orientation and passion for continuous self-development.
