<h2><b>Your Challenges</b></h2><ul><li><p><span>Ensure defined quality levels for purchased materials, OEM-in products and service provider, incl. qualification, development, integration, monitoring and auditing suppliers</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ensure supplier quality readiness in an early stage within the development process</span></p></li><li><p><span>Support product design and development process with respect to specification, risk management, validation and control of supplier related aspects</span></p></li><li><p><span>Support Selection, evaluate and qualify material/product and service providers to ensure stable operation processes</span></p></li><li><p><span>Drive continuous improvement through utilization of quality methods</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ensure and further develop compliance of the related technology center regarding ISO 9001, 13485</span></p></li><li><p><span>Define, implement and disseminate the quality technical tools, processes and systems to support appropriate execution of the QM system</span></p></li><li><p><span>Define and monitor deployment of engineering and material specifications including material risk failure assessment in close collaboration with R&amp;D to the supplier</span></p></li><li><p><span>Subject matter expert for specific material components regarding &#34;Material Compliance&#34; in the interpretation of the legal requirement and compliance by the supplier.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ensure quality assurance agreements</span></p></li><li><p><span>Assist with supplier selection process including evaluation and development in close collaboration with procurement department</span></p></li><li><p><span>Plan, coordinate and conduct supplier audits to qualify and assess supplier&#39;s quality and manufacturing capabilities to support the supplier qualification process, surveillance program and supplier development program</span></p></li><li><p><span>Define inspection criteria and test procedure based on developments specification and supplier development agreements with adjustments with Operation</span></p></li><li><p><span>Drive supplier actions to verify part and process quality to reduce the need for incoming inspection activities</span></p></li><li><p><span>Review supplier complaints for systematic issues</span></p></li><li><p><span>Develop, execute and analyze supplier quality KPIs to report on quality issues, trends and losses</span></p></li></ul><p></p><h2><b>Your Expertise</b></h2><ul><li><p><span>Bachelor’s degree in Business Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or a related field. Advanced degrees are preferred but not mandatory.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in supplier quality management, technical construction, or technical procurement.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Extensive experience in quality management, particularly with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Proven track record in quality by design within a high-tech manufacturing environment.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Several years of experience in process optimization, focusing on enhancing manufacturing and supplier processes.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong technical understanding, ideally in electronics, polymers, or mechanical processing.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Proficiency in MS Office and SAP for effective data management and communication.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ability to define and implement quality technical tools, processes, and systems.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Business fluency in English, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong analytical skills to develop, execute, and analyze supplier quality KPIs.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ability to drive continuous improvement through utilization of quality methods and supplier development programs.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Expertise in risk management, validation, and control of supplier-related aspects in product design and development processes.</span><span> </span></p></li><li><p><span>Business-level proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required, including the ability to read Chinese documentation to collaborate effectively with Chinese-speaking suppliers and partners.</span></p><p></p></li></ul><p></p><h2><span><b>Your benefits at Eppendorf:</b></span></h2><ul><li><p><span>We truly appreciate our employees and their performance</span></p></li><li><p><span>We offer a wide range of learning and development opportunities to allow you to deepen your technical knowledge and for continuous growth</span></p></li><li><p><span>By working with us, you will make a meaningful contribution to improving human living conditions</span></p></li><li><p><span>Attractive salary, employee benefits and performance bonus</span></p></li></ul>
