Job title:

• Managing supplier quality for printed products and packaging, with a primary focus on local suppliers in Germany.

• Defining and implementing quality requirements and acceptance criteria, and ensuring their consistent application at supplier sites.

• Supporting supplier selection, qualification, and audits, as well as managing supplier performance and quality improvements.

• Leading supplier-related quality issues, including root cause analysis and handling SCARs to ensure sustainable solutions.

• Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders (Procurement, R&D, Production) to ensure product quality and continuity of supply.

You're the right fit if:

• Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.

• Experience in supplier quality, quality engineering, or a similar role.

• Knowledge of supplier quality processes (e.g. SCAR, supplier audits, qualification).

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Fluent English.
