<p style="text-align:left"><b>Job Description Summary</b></p>The Supplier Governance Specialist is responsible for ensuring high‑quality, accurate, and compliant supplier master data that supports Procurement operations. The role enables a smooth transition from legacy vendor master systems to Supplier 360 and Ariba SLP, ensuring alignment with category strategies and established governance frameworks.<br><br>This position requires strong expertise in procurement data management, the ability to manage complex system relationships, and effective collaboration with Category Management and cross‑functional stakeholders to maintain a reliable, rationalized supplier data landscape.<p style="text-align:inherit"><br /> </p><p style="text-align:left"><b>Job Description</b></p><h3><b>Major Accountabilities</b>:</h3><ul><li>Ensure accuracy, completeness, and governance of Procurement‑related supplier master data across regions and categories</li><li>Execute supplier data cleansing, enrichment, and rationalization in accordance with governance standards</li><li>Collaborate with Category Managers, Data Stewards, Procurement Approvers, and technical teams to ensure supplier data reflects category and contractual requirements</li><li>Manage supplier configuration and activation within Procurement and Finance systems, ensuring correct data attributes</li><li>Support implementation and migration activities for Ariba SLP, including issue identification and resolution</li><li>Monitor and report performance against defined KPIs to senior stakeholders</li><li>Lead or contribute to cross‑functional conversion initiatives and continuous improvement projects</li><li>Maintain documentation, user guides, FAQs, and knowledge management materials</li><li>Serve as a subject matter expert for supplier master data governance within the Procurement community</li></ul><p></p><h3><b>Role Requirements:</b></h3><p></p><ul><li>University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related field</li><li>Minimum 4 years of experience in procurement or supply chain data management within a Shared Service or global organization</li><li>Strong technical proficiency in SAP (Procurement and Vendor Master Data Management); experience with Ariba S2P and SLP preferred</li><li>Ability to manage and analyze large and complex datasets across multiple systems</li><li>Experience working in a matrixed, cross‑functional environment</li><li>Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills</li><li>Experience in process definition, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives</li><li>Customer‑service‑oriented approach with strong reliability and professionalism</li><li>Experience navigating Contract Management Systems and interpreting Procurement contracts and Project management exposure or experience</li><li>English fluency (written and spoken); additional languages considered an advantage</li></ul><p></p><h3></h3><p style="text-align:inherit"><br /> </p><p style="text-align:left"><b>Skills Desired</b></p>Internal And External Customer Needs Analysis &amp; Satisfaction Studies, Negotiating, Root Cause Analysis And Problem-Solving, Vendor Management
