Our average employee tenure of 15 years reinforces our commitment to our employees’ career success and personal fulfillment!<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2><b>About the Role</b></h2><h2>We are seeking a <b>Supplier Development Engineer (SDE)</b> to strengthen our external manufacturing network that supports our metals service center and value-added processing model.</h2><h2></h2><p></p><h2>This hybrid position can be located in any of the following locations: Bolingbrook IL, Temperance MI, or Houston TX.  </h2><h2>Targeted compensation: $85-120k/year based on level of experience.</h2><h2></h2><p></p><h2>This role focuses on ensuring that customer requirements (blueprints, specifications, and standards) are effectively executed by our suppliers through robust process capability, quality systems, and continuous improvement.
