<p><span style="color: #000000;">The Supervisor for the Test Coordination Team will be responsible for leading and supporting a team of Test Coordinators, ensuring excellence in patient care coordination, phlebotomy services, and administrative operations. This role focuses on day-to-day team management, operational efficiency, compliance, and the development of team members. The Supervisor acts as the primary escalation point for internal and external queries, supporting seamless collaboration between field teams, patients, and operational departments.</span></p>

<p><span style="color: #000000;">This position requires strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills, and will include up to <strong>50% travel</strong> to support audits, onsite visits, and team training initiatives.</span></p>

<p><span style="color: #000000;">Provide daily supervision and support to the Test Coordinator team.</span></p>

<p><span style="color: #000000;">Serve as the first line of escalation for operational issues, patient and account inquiries, and procedural uncertainties.</span></p>

<p><span style="color: #000000;">Conduct <strong>biweekly 1:1 meetings</strong> with each direct report to promote engagement, identify training needs, and track performance.</span></p>

<p><span style="color: #000000;">Review and approve employee <strong>timecards</strong> and manage scheduling to align with clinic and organizational requirements.<br></span></p>

<p><span style="color: #000000;">Ensure Test Coordinators maintain compliance with specimen handling protocols, EMR documentation, and patient identification practices.</span></p>

<p><span style="color: #000000;">Monitor key metrics and proactively mitigate issues that could impact operational performance.</span></p>

<p><span style="color: #000000;">Oversee supply chain needs, including <strong>ordering and tracking supplies</strong> for all test coordination activities.<br></span></p>

<p><span style="color: #000000;">Support <strong>onsite visit preparations</strong>, shadowing staff as needed to ensure protocol adherence and identify opportunities for process improvement.<br></span></p>

<p><span style="color: #000000;">Partner with Field Sales, Clinical Operations, and Compliance to resolve complex cases and ensure cohesive patient support.</span></p>

<p><span style="color: #000000;">Lead team meetings to share updates, disseminate best practices, and reinforce Natera’s standards of excellence.<br></span></p>

<h2><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>Qualifications</strong></span></h2>

<p><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>Education</strong>: Bachelor’s degree required (healthcare administration, clinical sciences, or related field) </span></p>
</li>

<p><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>Experience</strong>: Minimum of <strong>3 years in a supervisory or team lead role</strong> within a clinical or laboratory operations setting; prior <strong>phlebotomy or oncology</strong> experience strongly preferred.</span></p>

<p><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>Certifications</strong>: Phlebotomy Certificate required as per state regulations.</span></p>
