</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Monitor daily KPIs,<span> </span></span><span>identify</span><span><span> </span>risks early, and drive corrective actions through structured problem-solving</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Develop, coach, and mentor team members to build capability and support succession planning.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Champion a culture of continuous improvement, leading Lean initiatives and change programmes that enhance operational performance.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Lead the Daily<span> </span></span><span>Management<span> </span></span><span>process and ensure</span><span><span> </span>transparency of performance and<span> </span></span><span>clear communication through tiered review meetings</span><span><span> </span>and effective shift handover </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Level 6<span> </span></span><span>or<span> </span></span><span>Bachelor's<span> </span></span><span>degree in Business</span><span>, Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Experience<span> </span></span><span>in</span><span><span> </span>driving process or continuous improvement initiatives</span><span><span> </span></span><span>(</span><span>Green Belt or above) preferred</span><span>.</span></span><span>
