职位目标

作为注塑领域技术负责人，负责重大技术问题的分析与解决，统筹注塑工艺、模具及设备相关技术管理工作，推动注塑制造能力提升、质量改善及成本优化，建立和推广最佳实践，保障产品稳定生产和持续改进。

主要职责

• 模具技术管理

• 负责新模具开发及量产导入。
• 负责模具设计评审及技术验收。
• 主导重大模具问题诊断与改善。
• 推动模具寿命管理和预防性改善。

2. 重大技术问题解决

• 主导复杂注塑质量问题分析与改善。
• 负责重大客户投诉及内部质量问题的技术攻关。
• 组织开展根因分析并推动纠正和预防措施落地。
• 作为技术专家支持新产品导入及量产过程中的关键问题解决。

3. 注塑工艺管理

• 建立和优化注塑工艺标准。
• 主导工艺参数优化及工艺窗口建立。
• 提升制程能力（CPK）及产品一致性。
• 推动工艺标准化及最佳实践复制。

4. 设备技术管理

• 支持注塑设备重大故障分析与改善。
• 推动设备能力提升及关键设备技术升级。
• 建立设备与工艺匹配标准。
• 协助制定关键设备选型和技术规范。

5. 持续改善与技术发展

• 推动注塑过程质量提升及成本优化项目。
• 建立和维护技术数据库及经验教训库。
• 培养和指导工艺工程师技术能力提升。
• 推动先进注塑技术、新材料和新工艺的导入与应用。

任职资格

教育背景

• 本科及以上学历。
• 高分子材料、材料成型、机械工程、自动化或相关专业优先。

工作经验

• 8年以上注塑制造相关工作经验。
• 具备工艺、模具及设备综合技术背景。
• 具有大型注塑问题解决成功案例。
• 熟悉汽车零部件、消费电子、医疗或工业产品注塑生产者优先。

专业技能要求

工艺能力

• 精通注塑成型原理。
• 熟悉科学注塑（Scientific Molding）方法。
• 熟练掌握DOE、Mold Trial及工艺验证方法。
• 能独立建立工艺窗口和标准参数。

模具能力

• 熟悉注塑模具结构及工作原理。
• 能够分析并解决与模具相关的质量问题。
• 具备模具设计评审及优化能力。

设备能力

• 熟悉主流注塑设备工作原理。
• 了解机器人、热流道、温控系统等外围设备。
• 具备设备与工艺协同优化能力。

问题解决能力

• 熟练运用：

Injection Molding Technical Supervisor

Position Objective

As the technical leader in the injection molding field, responsible for analyzing and resolving critical technical issues, overseeing technical management related to injection molding processes, molds, and equipment. Drive improvements in manufacturing capability, quality performance, and cost optimization, establish and promote best practices, and ensure stable production and continuous improvement of products.

Key Responsibilities

1. Mold Technology Management

• Lead new mold development and production launch activities.
• Conduct mold design reviews and technical acceptance.
• Lead diagnosis and improvement of major mold-related issues.
• Drive mold life cycle management and preventive improvement initiatives.

2. Resolution of Critical Technical Issues

• Lead analysis and improvement of complex injection molding quality issues.
• Provide technical leadership for major customer complaints and internal quality issues.
• Organize root cause analysis and drive implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Serve as a technical expert supporting key issue resolution during new product introduction (NPI) and mass production.

3. Injection Molding Process Management

• Establish and optimize injection molding process standards.
• Lead process parameter optimization and process window development.
• Improve process capability (CPK) and product consistency.
• Drive process standardization and replication of best practices.

4. Equipment Technology Management

• Support analysis and improvement of major injection molding equipment failures.
• Drive equipment capability enhancement and key equipment upgrades.
• Establish standards for equipment and process compatibility.
• Support the development of technical specifications and selection criteria for critical equipment.

5. Continuous Improvement and Technology Development

• Lead quality improvement and cost optimization projects in injection molding operations.
• Establish and maintain technical databases and lessons-learned repositories.
• Coach and develop process engineers to enhance technical competency.
• Promote the introduction and application of advanced injection molding technologies, new materials, and new processes.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Major in Polymer Materials, Materials Processing, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or related disciplines preferred.

Work Experience

• Minimum 8 years of experience in injection molding manufacturing.
• Comprehensive technical background covering processes, molds, and equipment.
• Proven track record in solving complex injection molding issues.
• Experience in injection molding manufacturing for automotive components, consumer electronics, medical devices, or industrial products is preferred.

Professional Skills Requirements

Process Expertise

• In-depth knowledge of injection molding principles.
• Familiar with Scientific Molding methodologies.
• Proficient in DOE (Design of Experiments), mold trials, and process validation techniques.
• Ability to independently establish process windows and standard processing parameters.

Mold Expertise

• Strong understanding of injection mold structures and operating principles.
• Ability to analyze and resolve mold-related quality issues.
• Capable of conducting mold design reviews and optimization.

Equipment Expertise

• Familiar with the operating principles of mainstream injection molding machines.
• Knowledge of auxiliary equipment such as robots, hot runner systems, and temperature control systems.
• Ability to optimize equipment and process performance in an integrated manner.

Problem-Solving Skills

• Proficient in:

• Capable of independently leading cross-functional problem-solving projects.
