Upgrade to Pro — $25/moPRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES PERFORMED BY THE INCUMBENT
1) Primarily responsible for leading, coordinating and overseeing routine and non-routine maintenance / repairs of equipment for production, facilities and/or utilities.
2) Assess any problems with the equipment, identify root cause, make the necessary repairs and complete associated documentation.
3) Coordinate activities, as well as coordinate and oversee the work of maintenance personnel.
4) Responsible for establishing and maintaining necessary procedures required to perform routine preventive maintenance (PM).
5) Responsible for identifying critical spare parts needed (and then maintaining those inventories in order to minimize equipment down time and maximize production efficiencies).
6) Perform all activities in compliance with company cGMP and safety policies, procedures and practices.
7) Effectively communicate with Directors, Managers, Supervisors, peers and subordinates. Notify management if specifications cannot be met and/or quality or safety is being compromised.
8) Review, document work completed by employees.
9) Conduct employee reviews.
10) Ensure that all safety equipment is functional and that all employees practice proper safety and follow safety procedures.
11) Work on other projects as requested by management.
12) All employees are responsible for ensuring the compliance to company documents, programs, and activities related to the Health, Safety, Environment, Energy, and Quality Management Systems, as per your roles and responsibilities.
