We are looking for three Student Assistants to support our Manufacturing Operations department (DS Man Op).</p><p></p><p><b>Boost our team</b></p><p>You will join our Process Support team consisting of 14 dedicated colleagues and report to the Manager of Process Support in Manufacturing Operations, Drug Substance. The position is based at our site in Kvistgård.</p><p><br />In Bavarian Nordic you will join a small but global and professional organization which and you will get to work with international colleagues.</p><p><br /><b>This Is How You Impact Our Organization</b></p><p>Primarily, your tasks will include:</p><ul><li><p>Supporting the GMP & Compliance Coordinator with daily follow-up, as well as preparation and handling of deviations and CAPAs across the DS organisation</p></li><li><p>Collecting, structuring, and maintaining documentation in relevant systems (e.g., QMS)</p></li><li><p>Collecting and analysing data to support QMS meetings and decision-making</p></li><li><p>Contributing to coordination and follow-up on deadlines to ensure timely closure of cases</p></li><li><p>Supporting ongoing quality improvement initiatives within the department</p></li><li><p>Handling ad hoc tasks and assignments as needed</p></li></ul><p></p><p>We expect you to work approximately 15 hours per week, with flexibility around exam periods.</p><p><br /><b>Who are you?</b></p><p>The ideal candidate is currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree within engineering, pharmaceutical sciences, biotechnology, or a related field, and has a strong interest in drug substance manufacturing.</p><p></p><p>You have an analytical mindset and a natural curiosity for understanding processes, combined with a flair for working with data and solving problems.</p><p></p><p>We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented student with a structured approach to tasks and a passion for doing things correctly. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are motivated to contribute to optimization, continuous improvement, and high-quality standards within a GMP-regulated setting.</p><p></p><p>You are eager to learn, adaptable, and take responsibility for your work, whether supporting daily operations, working with documentation, or engaging with cross-functional stakeholders. As the role involves close cooperation with Danish colleagues and stakeholders, it is essential that you are able to speak, read, and write Danish.</p><p></p><p><b>Ready to make a difference?
