Student Assistant for Accounting

Because we are looking for a Student Assistant to support our finance department with vendor invoice processing and related accounting tasks.<br /><br /><b>Boost our team </b><br />You will join our Danish accounting team of 3 dedicated employees. You will report to the Head of Accounting &amp; ESG Finance in the finance department, located in our offices in Hellerup.<br /><br />In Bavarian Nordic you will join a small but global and professional organization which and you will get to work with international colleagues.<br /><br /><b>This Is How You Impact Our Organization </b><br />Primarily, your tasks will include:</p><ul><li>Creation of new vendors and processing call back procedures when vendor changes bank account. This is an important task to avoid fraud</li><li>Handling all incoming vendor invoices and ensuring they are sent out for approval by the business. We use a system called Medius and all approval is done electronically</li><li>Contact to vendors</li><li>Close collaboration with our procurement department to ensure seamless processes for handling vendor master data<br /> </li></ul><p>We expect you to work approximately 15 hours a week with flexibility around exam periods.</p><p><br /><b>Who are you? </b><br />The ideal candidate is currently studying economics and have a flair for numbers. We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented student with a passion for doing thinks correctly and how have a collaborative mindset. As the role involves close cooperation with Danish colleagues and vendors, it is essential that you are able to speak, read, and write in Danish.
