Student Assistant Corporate Communications

<p>From intranet updates and internal storytelling to social media content, video editing and live-streamed events - become part of how we inform, engage and connect our organization and stakeholders.<br /> </p><p>In our Corporate Communications team, no two days look the same - and that’s exactly why we are looking for someone curious, creative and structured to join us. You will play a key role in the daily life of our SharePoint intranet and help shape how information flows across the organization. At the same time, you’ll contribute to external communication and content production across multiple formats and channels.<br /> </p><p><b>Your tasks will include:</b></p><ul><li>Keeping our SharePoint intranet alive, updated and user-friendly</li><li>Writing internal news and turning complex topics into clear communication</li><li>Creating and preparing content for social media</li><li>Supporting press and media materials</li><li>Video editing and content production</li><li>Assisting with live streams and virtual events</li><li>Helping colleagues communicate better - across the organization<br /> </li></ul><p>We work closely with senior leadership and operate in a highly regulated industry. This means your creativity matters - but so does your eye for detail and your sense of responsibility. Words, visuals and timing all matter here.<br /> </p><p><b>We imagine that you:</b></p><ul><li>Are currently studying communication, media studies, business or a related field — preferably in the final stage of your bachelor’s degree or beginning of master’s degree with around two years of studies remaining</li><li>Write clear and correct English</li><li>Are creative and enjoy working with different formats - text, video and digital content</li><li>Have a strong eye for detail and quality</li><li>Are structured and comfortable working independently</li><li>Are curious and not afraid to ask questions</li><li>Have experience working with SharePoint and Microsoft Office, and familiarity with creative tools such as Canva or the Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop etc.) — experience with video streaming or live event platforms is a plus<br /> </li></ul><p>You will gain broad, hands-on experience and real responsibility.
