You will define pricing methodology, govern price catalogues, implement controls, and resolve pricing issues—while continuously simplifying the pricing landscape and protecting margins.</span></p><p></p><p><span>This is a <b>strategic and execution‑oriented pricing role</b>, focused on governance, analytics, and operational excellence for MR services and XBU Champion Business responsibilities. </span></p><p></p><p><b><u>Your Role:</u></b></p><ul><li><span><b>Define and evolve MR Services pricing strategy and methodology</b>, including price architecture, value‑based pricing principles, margin guardrails, and discount logic, to enhance profitability and competitiveness.</span></li><li><span><b>Translate pricing strategy into clear, executable frameworks and processes</b>, ensuring consistent application across regions through well‑defined policies, tools, and guidelines.</span></li><li><span><b>Own MR Services price catalogues and pricing structures</b>, driving standardization, version control, and timely implementation of price updates, indexation, FX, and cost‑to‑serve adjustments.</span></li><li><span><b>Design, implement, and maintain pricing governance mechanisms</b>, including approval thresholds, escalation paths, and audit readiness, to ensure compliance, transparency, and disciplined decision‑making.</span></li><li><span><b>Establish and operate pricing controls and monitoring routines</b>, including spot checks and audits, to detect anomalies, leakage, and deviations, and to ensure pricing accuracy and alignment with solution features.</span></li><li><span><b>Act as the central escalation point for pricing issues raised by markets or zones</b>, leading rapid issue resolution while safeguarding margins and financial outcomes.</span></li><li><span><b>Analyze pricing performance, margins, discount behavior, and sales data</b> to identify risks, opportunities, and gaps; define and track pricing KPIs and deliver structured insights to stakeholders.</span></li><li><span><b>Drive pricing simplification initiatives</b> to reduce structural complexity, execution risk, and margin erosion across the pricing landscape.</span></li><li><span><b>Drive alignment between pricing strategy, systems, and execution</b>, partnering with IT and Commercial Excellence to improve pricing tools, data quality, automation, and scalability.</span></li><li><span><b>Collaborate closely with Finance, Commercial Excellence, Product, and Service teams</b> to strengthen pricing governance, execution discipline, and enterprise alignment.</span></li></ul><p></p><p><b><u>You are fit if:</u></b></p><ul><li>A bachelor’s or master’s<b> </b>degree with minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Pricing Operations, Sales Operations, Financial Planning &amp; Analysis (FP&amp;A), or a comparable commercial/financial role</li></ul><p></p><ul><li>Hands‑on experience in pricing strategy, business case development, or commercial operations, ideally in a services or solutions‑based environment.</li></ul><p></p><ul><li>Strong ability to analyze data, market trends, and cost structures to support profitable and competitive pricing decisions</li></ul><div><p></p><ul><li>Proficiency in documentation, reporting, recordkeeping, and maintaining pricing governance and audit readiness</li></ul><p></p><ul><li>Capability to monitor KPIs, prepare insights, and support decision‑making through structured reporting</li></ul><p></p><ul><li>Experience identifying and implementing risk mitigation strategies within business cases and commercial proposals</li></ul><p></p><ul><li>Ability to translate strategy into execution through pricing process optimization, continuous improvement, and stakeholder collaboration</li></ul><p></p><ul><li>Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across cross‑functional teams (Sales, Finance, Product, Services)</li></ul><p></p><ul><li>K<span>nowledge about PST, RightFit &amp; HOS will be preferred.</span></li></ul><p><span>​</span></p><ul><li>LEAN Basic certification (preferred) or a demonstrated mindset for process improvement and operational excellence</li></ul></div><p></p><p><b><u>How we work together:</u></b><br />We believe that we are better together than apart.
