Strategic Planning, PMO & Partnering Director

The Group’s main products are contrast agents sold in over 100 countries, both directly and indirectly through branches, joint ventures and license and distribution agreements.</p><p style="text-align:inherit !important"></p><p style="text-align:inherit !important"></p>The Strategic Planning, PMO &amp; Partnering Director coordinates the company’s strategic planning process and oversees the execution of key cross-functional strategic initiatives. The role ensures alignment between Business Units and Corporate Functions while supporting the effective implementation of strategic priorities. The Director also manages relationships with selected external partners following acquisitions or strategic collaborations.<p></p><p><b>Main Activities and Responsibilities</b></p><p><b>Strategic Planning</b></p><ul><li><p>Coordinate the company’s strategic planning process, consolidating inputs from Business Units (Platforms) and Corporate Functions.</p></li><li><p>Lead the preparation and update of the <b>5-Year Strategic Plan</b>, ensuring alignment with corporate priorities and financial targets.</p></li><li><p>Support senior leadership through strategic analyses on business performance, market trends and growth opportunities.</p></li><li><p>Prepare strategic materials and presentations for senior management and governance bodies.</p></li></ul><p><b>PMO &amp; Strategic Initiatives</b></p><ul><li><p>Oversee the execution and monitoring of key cross-functional strategic initiatives.</p></li><li><p>Track progress, milestones and KPIs of strategic projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.</p></li><li><p>Identify risks or critical issues affecting project execution and support the definition of corrective actions.</p></li></ul><p><b>Partnering &amp; Post-Acquisition Management</b></p><ul><li><p>Manage relationships with selected partners following acquisitions, investments or strategic collaborations.</p></li><li><p>Oversee the implementation and monitoring of partnership agreements and related commitments.</p></li><li><p>Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure effective collaboration.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Education and Professional Experience</b></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance or related disciplines required.</p></li><li><p>10&#43; years of experience in <b>strategic planning, consulting, corporate development or strategic project management</b></p></li><li><p>Experience in <b>pharmaceutical, healthcare or life sciences sectors</b> preferred</p></li><li><p>Proven experience managing <b>cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives</b></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Soft Skills – <i>Company Values &amp; Behaviours</i> </b></p><ul><li><p>Strategic thinking and business acumen</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills</p></li><li><p>Project management capabilities</p></li><li><p>Stakeholder management and influencing skills</p></li><li><p>Leadership and team management</p></li><li><p>Strong communication and presentation skills</p></li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><span>If you meet the requirements of this opportunity and would like to join an international group working to improve patients&#39; lives, apply now!</span></p><p style="text-align:left"><span>At Bracco, we believe in the values of diversity and inclusion.
