Ready to get started? </span></p><p></p><p><span>The Strategic Partnership Manager<b> </b>is responsible for the identification, evaluation and development of innovative strategic partnerships in the German healthcare sector to <b>improve the vaccination infrastructure </b>in Germany. Together, we chase the miracles of science to improve people’s lives.</p><p></p><p><b><span>Main responsibilities:</span></b></p><p></p><p><span><b>Building New Partnerships &amp; Ecosystems:</b>  </span></p><ul><li><p><span>Continuously monitor healthcare industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative business models to identify external opportunities with the potential to step-change Vaccination Rate (VCR).  </span></p></li><li><p><span>Identify, assess, and secure strategic partners aligned with our value creation priorities, strategic fit, and cultural compatibility. </span></p></li><li><p><span>Co-design compelling, win-win partnership concepts, success metrics, and governance frameworks to ensure sustainable, mutual value delivery.  </span></p></li><li><p><span>Represent Sanofi at key industry forums and networking events to enhance visibility and strengthen our position as a preferred partner for VCR initiatives.  </span></p></li><li><p><span>Manage internal and external stakeholders by ensuring strong strategic alignment, effective communication, and transparent decisionmaking across the partnership lifecycle. </span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><span><b>Own the end-to-End implementation of Partnerships:</b>  </span></p><ul><li><p><span>Lead crossfunctional project teams and oversee the partner relationship from initiation through execution and value delivery.  </span></p></li><li><p><span>Define clear project objectives, scope, deliverables, and measurable KPIs to ensure accountability and track progress.  </span></p></li><li><p><span>Drive the strategic agenda by challenging assumptions, making timely decisions, and ensuring forward momentum.  </span></p></li><li><p><span>Continuously refine the project approach as new insights emerge, ensuring agility and optimal outcomes. </span></p></li><li><p><span>Consolidate key learnings and insights, propose next steps, and provide actionable recommendations for scaling or adapting initiatives.  </span></p></li><li><p><span>Identify synergies across GBUs and key markets, and systematically share learnings to strengthen organizational capability. </span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><span><b>Operational Project Coordination:</b>  </span></p><ul><li><p><span>Streamline and continuously improve the partner onboarding process to deliver a best-in-class partnership experience. </span></p></li><li><p><span>Ensure timely and compliant onboarding of new partners, incl. contracting, purchase orders, risk assessments, pharmacovigilance requirements, and other compliance steps. </span></p></li><li><p><span>Manage project budgets within scope, ensuring financial discipline and transparency. </span></p></li><li><p><span>Maintain accurate and accessible project documentation on SharePoint and other relevant systems.  </span></p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><h1><i><span class="emphasis-3"><b>About you</b></span></i></h1><p></p><p>You are a strategic thinker and relationship builder with a passion for improving public health outcomes.
