The Opportunity:
Project Undertaking and Delivery: Assist and take ownership of key projects from various teams (MWA/OMSS/CB); responsible for decomposing strategic objectives into specific action plans. Lead project progress control, resource coordination, and cross-functional communication to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery.
Project Implementation: Collaborate with Product Managers to develop effective promotion tools; ensure product strategies and marketing activities are efficiently executed and implemented at the sales terminal.
AI Technology Empowerment: Act as the department's AI application expert; guide and assist product groups in building AI-based product management tools and intelligent workflows to drive digital transformation. Precisely identify business pain points within the ML department; develop and promote AI solutions to enhance the quality and efficiency of content generation.
Team Productivity Enhancement: Leverage AI technology to deeply optimize internal approval processes, online operating systems, and user-facing business material preparation, significantly reducing the time investment of Product Managers in repetitive and administrative tasks.
Large-scale Event Management: Oversee the planning and execution of major internal and external conferences (both online and offline) and brand promotion activities; responsible for vendor management and on-site operations.
Omni-channel Media Operations: Optimize and maintain departmental marketing communication channels (e.g., WeChat, webinar platforms, and 3rd party professional media); ensure published content is highly aligned with corporate branding and compliance requirements.
Vendor and Budget Management: Manage vendors to ensure projects meet departmental KPIs and compliance policies; monitor project implementation and strictly control budgets following the ROI principle.
Who you are:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Clinical Medicine, Biological Engineering, Marketing, Business Management, or a related discipline.
Proficiency in both spoken and written English
Deep expertise in AI application tools (e.g., LLMs, Workflow Automation) and digital marketing; ability to translate business needs into technical AI solutions.
Expertise in MS Office Suite and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello, or Jira). PMP or equivalent certification is a significant plus.
At least 5 years working experience in a similar capacity and in a similar industry.
