Strategic Market Access and Pricing Manager
You will lead market access and pricing activities in Türkiye to improve patient access to our medicines. You will work closely with commercial, medical, government affairs, finance and regional teams. We value clear thinking, collaborative working, and practical problem solving. Responsibilities:
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
- Develop and implement local pricing and reimbursement strategies across the product lifecycle.
- Lead cross-functional teams to prepare reimbursement dossiers, build local value stories, and deliver stakeholder engagement plans.
- Localize and coordinate pharmacoeconomic models, budget impact analyses and other health economic evidence.
- Monitor pricing, reimbursement, competitor and policy changes and translate them into actionable plans.
- Manage pricing submissions, reference price reviews and interactions with payers and authorities.
- Identify access risks and opportunities and design practical solutions to protect and improve value and uptake.

Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals
- University degree in health economics, pharmacy, life sciences, economics, business or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in market access, pricing, health economics or commercial roles within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
- Clear understanding of Türkiye healthcare system, pricing and reimbursement processes.
- Experience preparing reimbursement dossiers, value propositions or pharmacoeconomic analyses.
- Strong project management, stakeholder engagement and communication skills in Turkish and English.
- This role is hybrid. You will be expected to work from the Türkiye office and travel locally and regionally as required.
Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus
- Master’s degree in health economics, public health, business administration, or related discipline.
- Experience with oncology, specialty care or hospital access environments.
- Proven track record negotiating with public payers, private insurers or hospital committees.
- Familiarity with health technology assessment (HTA) processes and budget impact modelling.
- Experience adapting global models and evidence to local settings.
- Strong network with key stakeholders in Türkiye’s payer and policy environment.
Work arrangement
This role is hybrid. You will be based in Türkiye with regular travel across the country and occasional regional travel as required.
