We recently raised €27M in Series A funding from Plural, Cherry Ventures, Kindred Ventures, and Brainlab, fueling our next phase of growth.</p><p>As we scale, we are looking for a&nbsp;<strong>Strategic Business Analyst</strong>&nbsp;to drive investor-facing analysis, business performance insights, and market segmentation strategies that support our growth and strategic decision-making.</p><p></p><h3><strong>What you’ll do</strong></h3><h3><strong>Strategic Financial Analysis</strong></h3><ul><li>Build and maintain robust financial models to support fundraising activities, investor reporting, and long-term strategic planning.</li><li>Prepare high-quality investor materials, including pitch decks and financial presentations.</li><li>Analyze valuation benchmarks, funding trends, and investor expectations within deeptech and MedTech sectors.</li><li>Collaborate closely with executive leadership to align financial narratives with Robeauté’s overall strategic vision.</li><li>Structure licensing agreements and develop comprehensive business models to support partnership and commercialization strategies.</li></ul><h3><strong>Business Performance &amp; Decision Support</strong></h3><ul><li>Design and implement dashboards and performance reports to enable data-driven decision-making across product, operations, and finance.</li><li>Identify growth levers and operational efficiencies through advanced analytics and actionable insights.</li><li>Support budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning to ensure financial resilience and adaptability.</li></ul><h3><strong>Market Intelligence &amp; Segmentation</strong></h3><ul><li>Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, growth opportunities, and competitive dynamics.</li><li>Segment customer and stakeholder profiles to inform go-to-market strategies and product positioning.</li><li>Benchmark competitors on pricing, positioning, and innovation to maintain a competitive edge.</li><li>Translate market insights into actionable recommendations for leadership and product development teams.</li></ul> <p><strong>Technical Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI).</li><li>Experience with financial modeling, market analysis, and business performance tracking.</li><li>Familiarity with CRM and BI tools; SQL or Python is a plus.</li><li>Comfortable working with both qualitative and quantitative data.</li></ul><p><strong>Personal Attributes</strong></p><ul><li>Analytical and structured thinker with a strategic mindset.</li><li>Excellent communicator, able to synthesize complex data into clear insights.</li><li>Proactive, organized, and comfortable in fast-paced environments.</li><li>Curious about technology, healthcare, and innovation.</li></ul><p><strong>Education and Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Degree in business, finance, engineering, or a related field.</li><li>3–6 years of experience in business analysis, strategy consulting, FP&amp;A, M&amp;A Consultant or market research.</li><li>Experience in MedTech, deeptech, or regulated industries is a strong plus.</li></ul> <p><strong>A Mission That Matters:</strong>&nbsp;Join a team developing life-changing technology.
