What You'll Do

• Lead and develop a customer-focused team, creating a culture that delivers exceptional service and positive customer outcomes.
• Coach, motivate, and support team members to achieve individual and store goals while building capability and confidence.
• Drive sales performance and deliver key business objectives through effective leadership, planning, and execution.
• Build strong relationships with Sleep Physicians, GPs, Sleep Laboratories, and allied health professionals to support customer care and business growth.
• Manage store operations including rostering, recruitment, leave management, and workforce planning to meet customer demand.
• Oversee stock control, inventory management, and merchandising standards to ensure an efficient and well-presented store environment.
• Collaborate with internal teams and fellow Store Managers to share insights, improve performance, and deliver a consistent customer experience.
• Maintain high operational standards and compliance within a regulated healthcare environment.
  

What You Bring

• Experience leading a retail, healthcare, or customer-focused team with accountability for business performance.
• Proven success developing, coaching, and motivating team members to achieve strong results.
• Ability to balance commercial objectives with outstanding customer service.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with customers, team members, and external stakeholders.
• Experience managing store operations, staffing, and day-to-day business priorities.
• Confidence leading through change and adapting to evolving business needs.
  

Nice to Have

• Experience within healthcare, pharmacy, medical retail, or another regulated environment.
• Experience managing training, development, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Existing relationships or experience working with healthcare professionals and referral networks.
