Au sein du département Ressources Humaines, le/la stagiaire Formation & Développement sera impliqué(e) dans la gestion et le suivi de projets liés à la formation des collaborateurs. Le stage permettra de développer des compétences en gestion de projets de formation, en coordination avec différents acteurs internes et externes, tout en mettant à profit ses qualités relationnelles et sa créativité.
Missions principales :
- Collaborer avec les équipes formation, médicales, ventes, marketing, réglementaires et RH pour identifier les besoins et contribuer à atteindre les objectifs fixés.
- Participer à la gestion des actions de formation (aspects pédagogiques, administratifs et logistiques) en coordination avec les prestataires externes.
- Contribuer à l’amélioration continue de l’offre de formation.
- Participer à la préparation et à l’animation des formations pour les nouveaux collaborateurs.
Début du stage : Début mai 2026
Profil recherché :
- Étudiant(e) en Master (Bac +4/5) en Ressources Humaines.
- Première expérience dans le domaine de la formation souhaitée.
- Intérêt marqué pour la gestion de projets en entreprise.
- Sens de l’organisation, initiative, créativité et esprit d’équipe.
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Adobe…) et intérêt pour l’environnement digital.
- Anglais courant.
