Staff Engineer - Testing

Work Flexibility: Onsite<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h1><b><span>What Will You Do:</span></b></h1><ul><li><p><span>Develop the verification and validation strategy/plan that meets the SDLC requirements within the project timeline and resource constraints.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Develop software test cases to verify the software requirements.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Develop, maintain &amp; enhance the automation test framework.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Perform manual testing (exploratory testing, formal testing etc.), test execution of software test plans and bug verification.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to test planning and estimation.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Continuously improve automation practices and contribute to QA process improvements.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Execute non-functional testing, which involves accuracy, reliability, and performance.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Support other projects during the research phase of product development.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><h1><b><span>What Will You Need:</span></b></h1><p></p><p><b><span>Required Qualifications:</span></b></p><ul><li><p><span>Educational degree of BE/B.Tech/ME/M. Tech in Computer Science/ Electronics/ Electrical Engineering.</span></p></li><li><p><span>7-11 years of experience in Software Testing (Automation &amp; Manual).</span></p></li><li><p><span>Hands-on in the test automation framework &amp; script development using Python, Java and has experience in various frameworks such as Selenium, Cucumber or Pytest.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Knowledge of software configuration/version control and bug tracking tools.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Proficient in SDLC, Test Methodologies, Bug Lifecycle, Test Case development, and Risk Assessment.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Preferred Qualifications:</span></b></p><ul><li><p><span>ISTQB and standard Agile certifications like CSM/PSM.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience with software test equipment and test methodologies with Linux, Qt/QML, and Squish.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience with regulatory and compliance standards applied to the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).</span></p></li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>Travel Percentage: 20%<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p>
