Staff Engineer Internship

Responsibilities include: - Aid in the production of our medical disposables - Contribute to the overall efficiency of distribution and production - Desire to become resident expert on BrainCool’s portfolio - Proficiency in software data analytics - Become familiar with cms.gov Prior experience working with biomedical equipment in a clinical engineering environment. Must be currently enrolled or recently completed a 2 or 4-year degree in Biomedical Engineering, or other related field. Eager to learn about Targeted Temperature Management and ICU protocol. Strategic thinking that leads to unique problem-solving. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to lift and/or push 30 pounds and stand and walk for long periods of time. Able to read, analyze and interpret technical literature, schematics, and technical drawings.
