As an Injection Molding Engineer, you will lead process development and optimization efforts that directly impact product performance and manufacturing efficiency. This is an opportunity to apply deep technical expertise while collaborating across functions to deliver robust, compliant, and cost-effective solutions.</p><h1><b><span>What You Will Do</span></b></h1><ul><li>Lead the development, qualification, and optimization of injection molding processes, including tooling, process development, and validation activities.</li><li>Collaborate with external suppliers and equipment vendors to ensure technical alignment, risk mitigation, and on-time delivery of qualified processes.</li><li>Develop and maintain technical documentation such as process specifications, validation protocols, control plans, and risk assessments.</li><li>Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturability, compliance, and successful product transfers.</li><li>Apply statistical tools and methodologies to monitor process capability, improve performance, and ensure data integrity.</li><li>Support measurement system selection, validation, and analysis, including Gage R&R and dimensional inspection strategies.</li><li>Provide design for manufacturability input using CAD tools, including part design, gating, tolerances, and material considerations.</li><li>Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and safety standards in all manufacturing processes.</li></ul><h1><b><span>What you need:</span></b></h1><p><b>Required:</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Plastics Engineering, or related discipline.</li><li>Minimum 4 years of experience in injection molding manufacturing processes.</li><li>Experience with process validation, statistical tools (SPC, DOE), and risk methodologies such as PFMEA and DFM.</li><li>Experience using CAD tools such as SolidWorks.</li><li>Advanced English proficiency.</li></ul><p><b>Preferred:</b></p><ul><li>Advanced degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Engineering Management.</li><li>Experience supporting new product introduction or product transfer in regulated manufacturing environments.</li><li>Experience working in regulated industries such as medical devices.</li></ul><p></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>Travel Percentage: 20%<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>Stryker Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
