This role combines strong technical expertise with leadership capabilities to guide teams in building scalable GenAI solutions, predictive models, and enterprise data platforms.</p><p>You will own solution delivery, technical quality, and stakeholder alignment across multiple initiatives.</p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><p>Lead design and delivery of GenAI and agent-based solutions, ensuring scalability and governance.</p></li><li><p>Architect and oversee development of Python-based APIs and AI services.</p></li><li><p>Design and review enterprise-grade data architectures and pipelines.</p></li><li><p>Establish engineering standards for performance, testing, monitoring, and deployment.</p></li><li><p>Drive adoption of LLMOps/MLOps best practices, including evaluation, monitoring, and model lifecycle management.</p></li><li><p>Provide mentorship and technical leadership to engineers.</p></li><li><p>Partner with business leaders to translate strategic objectives into technical roadmaps.</p></li><li><p>Ensure security, compliance, and data governance across AI solutions.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Required Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li><p>12&#43; years of experience in AI, data engineering, or analytics solution delivery.</p></li><li><p>3&#43; years leading technical teams or complex workstreams.</p></li><li><p>Strong expertise in Python, SQL, Spark/PySpark, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).</p></li><li><p>Experience deploying enterprise GenAI solutions.</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of system architecture, distributed systems, and API design.</p></li><li><p>Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Good to have skills</b></p><ul><li><p>Experience embedding AI into CRM/ERP systems.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with BI tools and semantic data modeling.</p></li><li><p>Exposure to supply chain or commercial analytics domains.</p></li><li><p>Experience leading or contributing to UiPath or enterprise RPA implementations.</p></li><li><p>Ability to design integrated AI &#43; automation workflows.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Education</b></p><p>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent experience.</p><p></p><p></p><p>Our Mission is to enable our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.
