As the sole technical owner of Capsugel.com, you will lead, secure, and evolve a high‑visibility enterprise website supporting a global pharmaceutical audience. This role offers the opportunity to shape a mission‑critical digital platform end‑to‑end.

Compensation for this role will be determined by the candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and relevant knowledge.
What you will do:
- Serve as the single technical owner of Capsugel.com, ensuring its stability, availability, and controlled change management.
- Lead the full lifecycle of website development, including architecture, deployment, and long‑term maintainability.
- Design, build, and maintain responsive and accessible web pages using modern front‑end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript).
- Strengthen the site’s security posture, including secure coding, data privacy, encryption, and access controls.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with SEO, WCAG accessibility, performance standards, and relevant regulatory or quality requirements.
- Identify risks, implement preventative controls, and maintain audit‑ready documentation in a regulated environment.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, legal, regulatory, quality, and IT security to deliver compliant, user‑centered digital solutions.
What we are looking for:
- 8+ years of professional web development experience with proven ownership of enterprise websites.
- Strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), website security, SEO, and performance optimization.
- Experience working in regulated or compliance‑driven environments (pharma, biotech, life sciences preferred).
- Ability to independently manage development, documentation, and controlled change processes.
- Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
- Familiarity with GxP concepts, validation principles, and audit support (a plus).
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Information Technology, Computer Systems, or Computer Engineering.
- Must reside within a commutable distance of one of our CHI locations: Tampa, FL; Greenwood, SC; Morristown, NJ; Cohasset, MN; or Colmar, FR.
