This role ensures the LMS operates effectively within a validated (</span><span>GxP</span><span>) environment and<span> </span></span><span>remains</span><span><span> </span>compliant with regulatory requirements, including 21 CFR Part 11 and applicable global quality standards.</span></span><span><span> </span></span><br /><span><span> </span></span><br /><span><span>The ideal candidate has hands-on experience administering SAP SuccessFactors Learning, supporting validated systems, and partnering with Quality, IT, and business stakeholders to<span> Responsibilities</span></b><span> </span></p></div><div><p><span><span>System Administration & Configuration</span></span><span><span> </span></span><br /><span><span>• Administer and configure SAP SuccessFactors Learning (roles, curricula, items, assignments, approval workflows, notifications).</span></span><span><span> </span></span><br /><span><span>•<span> </span></span><span>Maintain</span><span><span> </span>system security roles and access controls aligned with internal policies and segregation of duties.</span></span><span><span> </span></span><br /><span><span>• Manage</span><span><span> </span>system configurations related</span><span><span> </span></span><span>to<span> </span></span><span>learning assignments, certification programs, retraining rules, and compliance-driven curricula.</span></span><span><span> </span></span><br /><span><span>• Perform system releases and regression testing in coordination with IT and Quality</span><span><span> </span>policies and procedures</span><span>.</span></span><span><span> </span></span><br /><span><span> </span></span><br /><span><span>Validated Environment & Compliance</span></span><span><span> </span></span><br /><span><span>•<span> </span></span><span>Operate</span><span><span> </span>and maintain the LMS in a validated (</span><span>GxP</span><span>) environment.</span></span><span><span> </span></span><br /><span><span>• Support Computer System Validation (CSV) lifecycle activities including User Requirements (URS), Functional/Design Specifications (FS/DS), Risk Assessments, IQ/OQ/PQ documentation</span><span>, change controls</span><span>, and test script development and execution.</span></span><span><span> </span></span><br /><span><span>• Ensure compliance with 21 CFR Part 11, electronic records/electronic signatures requirements, and global regulatory standards.</span></span><span><span> </span></span><br /><span><span>•<span> </span></span><span>Maintain</span><span><span> </span>audit trails, documentation, and system change logs.</span></span><span><span> </span></span><br /><span><span>• Support internal and external audits and inspections.</span></span><span><span> </span></span><br /><span><span> </span></span><br /><span><span>Change Management & Release Support</span></span><span><span> </span></span><br /><span><span>• Evaluate system changes and enhancements for<span> </span></span><span>validation</span><span><span> </span>impact.</span></span><span><span> </span></span><br /><span><span>• Lead or support change control processes, including impact assessments and documentation updates.</span></span><span><span> </span></span><br /><span><span>• Coordinate quarterly SAP SuccessFactors releases, including testing, validation updates, and stakeholder communication.</span></span><span><span> </span></span><br /><span><span>• Partner with<span> </span></span><span>upstream and downstream system owners</span><span><span> </span>to manage integrations (HRIS, SSO, content providers).</span></span><span><span> </span></span><br /><span><span> </span></span><br /><span><span>Data Integrity & Reporting</span></span><span><span> </span></span><br /><span><span>• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and reconciliation between LMS and upstream/downstream systems.</span></span><span><span> </span></span><br /><span><span>• Develop and<span> </span></span><span>maintain</span><span><span> </span>compliance and operational reports.</span></span><span><span> </span></span><br /><span><span>• Support regulatory reporting and training compliance metrics.</span></span><span><span> </span></span><br /><span><span>• Perform periodic data reviews and system monitoring activities.</span></span><span><span> </span></span><br /><span><span> </span></span><br /><span><span>Stakeholder Support & Training</span></span><span><span> </span></span><br /><span><span>• Serve as SME for SAP SuccessFactors Learning.</span></span><span><span> </span></span><br /><span><span>• Provide end-user support and troubleshooting.</span></span><span><span> </span></span><br /><span><span>• Partner with HR, Quality, Compliance, and business leaders to design scalable learning solutions.</span></span><span><span> </span></span><br /><span><span>• Develop system documentation, SOPs, and training materials.</span></span><span> </span></p></div><div><p><b><span>Required Qualifications</span></b><span> </span></p></div><div><p><span><span>•<span> </span></span><span>Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems</span><span>, HRIS, Business, Life Sciences, or related<span> </span></span><span>field</span><span>.</span></span><span><span> </span></span><br /><span><span>• 3–5+ years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Learning administration experience.</span></span><span><span> </span></span><br /><span><span>• Direct experience<span> </span></span><span>operating</span><span><span> </span>and supporting systems in a validated (</span><span>GxP</span><span>) environment.</span></span><span><span> </span></span><br /><span><span>• Strong understanding of Computer System Validation (CSV)<span> </span></span><span>principles and<span> </span></span><span>methodologies.</span></span><span><span> </span></span><br /><span><span>• Working knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11 and electronic record compliance requirements.</span></span><span><span> </span></span><br /><span><span>• Experience supporting audits (internal, external, regulatory).</span></span><span><span> </span></span><br /><span><span>• Strong analytical and documentation skills.</span></span><span><span> </span></span><br /><span><span>• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a regulated environment.</span></span><span> </span></p></div><div><p><b><span>Preferred Qualifications</span></b><span> </span></p></div><div><p><span><span>• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or other regulated industry.</span></span><span><span> </span></span><br /><span><span>• Experience with LMS integrations (HRIS, SSO, content providers).</span></span><span><span> </span></span><br /><span><span>• Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors release management processes.</span></span><span><span> </span></span><br /><span><span>• Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR,
