The Warehouse Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing the flow of goods in and out of the warehouse, coordinating shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting efficient warehouse operations. This role ensures timely delivery, proper documentation, and effective collaboration with internal teams, suppliers, and carriers.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including scheduling deliveries and pickups
Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records in warehouse management systems (WMS)
Track shipments and resolve any delays, discrepancies, or damages
Prepare shipping and receiving documentation (e.g., bills of lading, packing lists)
Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations
Support inventory control processes, including cycle counts and audits
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and shipping requirements
Assist in optimizing warehouse layout and logistics processes for improved efficiency
Investigate and resolve inventory and shipping discrepancies
Maintain organized warehouse records and reporting systems
Qualifications
Required Education:
High school diploma required. Associate or Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred
Required Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, transportation or supply chain coordination.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Proficiency Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred Experience:
Experience with inventory control systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
Knowledge of logistics regulations and shipping compliance
Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and/or ERP systems.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods
Work Environment:
Warehouse setting with exposure to varying temperatures, equipment, and noise levels.
May require occasional overtime depending on operational needs.

The salary range for this role is
$106,200.00 - $167,200.00This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs.
The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.
