<p style="text-align:left">Job Description</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p><b>Roles &amp; Responsibilities</b></p><p>Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to) the following</p><p>-Lead the strategic planning and tactical execution for Oncology brands in respective therapeutic areas, Gastric, Esophageal, Colorectal cancer, H&amp;N cancer, VHL, RCC</p><p>-Engage with external stakeholders i.e, Scientific leaders and medical communities</p><p>-Build both internal, especially sales, and external stakeholder support and advocacy for Oncology brands</p><p>-Develop and manage relationships with Scientific leaders and academic societies, and obtaining professional inputs from them</p><p>-Develop materials and tools used for effective promotion across Omni channel approaches and manage external agency to work with</p><p>-Prepare MR training contents in collaboration with sales plannning &amp; training specialists</p><p>-The promotion plan should be developed taking various factors into account; market insight, competitor benchmark, policy and regulation trends, customer needs, compliance and execution risks, business impact on the company, ex-Japan/ ex-pharma best practices etc.</p><p>-Work closely with the cross functional members (especially Medical, R&amp;D) and support groups and align with their plans and tactics</p><p>-Ensure managing compliance and pursue zero compliance risks from the company-wide perspectives</p><p><b>Required skill, Competency, Experience, etc.</b></p><p>-Must demonstrate ability to lead strategically, drive performance, build alignment, inform, negotiate, and collaborate under the agile way of working</p><p>--Demonstrate initiative, creativity, strategic capabilities, and ability to work effectively in complex, rapidly changing environments</p><p>-Strong project and process management skills along with the ability to work on multiple tasks, and to effectively prioritize</p><p>-Eager to learn new things by her/himself as well as by team</p><p>-Over 1-2 years of experience in Marketing management</p><p>-MR experience preferably</p><p>-Experience on Oncology preferably</p><p></p><p><b>Required Skills: </b></p>Biopharmaceutical Industry, Brand Management, Business Impact Analysis (BIA), Communication, Customer-Oriented, Marketing Campaign Development, Market Research, Medical Teamwork, Multitasking, Oncology Marketing, Regulatory Compliance, Strategic Thinking<p></p><p><b>Preferred Skills: </b></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left">Current Employees apply <a target="_blank" href="https://wd5.myworkday.com/msd/d/task/1422$6687.htmld">HERE</a></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left">Current Contingent Workers apply <a target="_blank" href="https://wd5.myworkday.com/msd/d/task/1422$4020.htmld">HERE</a></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><b>Search Firm Representatives Please Read Carefully </b><br />Merck &amp; Co., Inc., Rahway, NJ, USA, also known as Merck Sharp &amp; Dohme LLC, Rahway, NJ, USA, does not accept unsolicited assistance from search firms for employment opportunities.
