If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2>Job Summary</h2><p>To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a<b> Sr</b> <b><span>Program Manager </span></b>located in Guadalajara, <b><span>North Campus</span></b></p><p>Reporting to the <b><span>Program Management Manager </span></b>the <b>Sr</b> <b><span>Program Manager </span></b>role involves in charge of guiding a team of cross functional experts in the delivery of customer focused products and services and will hold up development and implementation of a project, pricing and program strategies in order to continue to deliver value to the business and its customers.</p><p></p><p><b><span>What a typical day looks like:</span></b></p><ul><li>Organize, plan and direct program schedules and budgets</li><li>In charge of tracking relevant metrics and drive action items based on results.</li><li>Provide help, knowledge and expertise with contract negotiations as required.</li><li>Oversee all interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of all adherences made relative a to product development timelines, delivery, quality and the required business metrics.</li><li>Reviews program proposal or plan to resolve time frame, funding requirements, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program.</li><li>Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of program and arranges for recruitment or assignment of personnel.</li><li>Manage the coordination of product life cycle activities with P&L and customer satisfaction also has control for different accounts of various complexities.</li><li>Be the key channel of communication for customers and act as escalation in the event of customer issues.</li><li>In charge of customer´s satisfaction reviews and corrective actions. </li><li>Maintain current and develop additional business with customers.</li><li>Monitor and track that project and program deliverables are met.</li><li>Be accountable for maintaining excellent customer relations with both new and existing customers.</li><li>Holds up production sites for projects, costs and other customer related matters through business and expertise.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and must be Fluent in Spanish & English</li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>The experience we’re looking to add to our team:</span></b></p><ul><li>Bachelor´s Degree in Administration or related.</li><li>Master's degree in business administration or program management is desirable</li><li>Advanced experience as Program Manager is mandatory</li><li>Experience in electronics manufacturing industry</li><li>Microsoft Project</li><li>Advance English (mandatory)</li><li>Advanced P&L Management</li><li>Experience in complex projects.</li><li>Experience and leadership of CFT</li><li>Organized, responsible</li><li>Diploma or Certification in Program Manager.</li><li>Valid passport and visa are a plus</li><li>Communication and negotiation abilities</li><li>Office (excel and Power Point)</li><li>Knowledge with technical manufacturing process (Capabilities, rate, etc.)</li><li>Knowledge with financial (quotes, charges) is also a plus</li><li>Experience with OTD, Yields, CTBs, P&L analysis, plan attainment</li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>What you’ll receive for the great work you provide: </span></b></p><ul><li>Competitive Salary</li><li>Life & Medical insurance</li><li>Christmas Bonus</li><li>Food Coupons</li><li>Saving Fund.</li><li>Life Insurance</li></ul><p>AU51</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2></h2><h2>Job Category</h2>Operations<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><span>Required Skills:</span></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left">Optional Skills:</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p><span>Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
