If you are excited about a role but don&#39;t meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2>Job Summary</h2><p><i>To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a  <b><u>Program Manager </u></b> located in <b><u>Flex</u></b> <b><u>Guadalajara North site.</u></b></i></p><p></p><p><i>This role involves</i> working in charge of guiding a team of cross functional experts in the delivery of customer focused products and services and will hold up development and implementation of a project, pricing and program strategies to continue to deliver value to the business and its customers</p><p></p><p><b><span>What a typical day looks like:</span></b></p><ul><li><i>Previous experience working on manufacturing company.</i></li><li><i>Strong experience in NPI projects.</i></li><li><i>Organize, plan and direct program schedules and budgets.</i></li><li><i>In charge of tracking relevant metrics and drive action items based on results.</i></li><li><i>Provide help, knowledge and expertise with contract negotiations as required.</i></li><li><i>Oversee all interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of all adherences made relative a to product development timelines, delivery, quality and the required business metrics.</i></li><li><i>Reviews program proposal or plan to resolve time frame, funding requirements, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program.</i></li><li><i>Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of program and arranges for recruitment or assignment of personnel.</i></li><li><i>Manage the coordination of product life cycle activities with P&amp;L and customer satisfaction also has control for different accounts of various complexities.</i></li><li><i>In charge of customer´s satisfaction reviews and corrective actions. </i></li><li><i>Maintain current and develop additional business with customers.</i></li><li><i>Monitor and track that project and program deliverables are met.</i></li><li><i>Be accountable for maintaining excellent customer relations with both new and existing customers.</i></li><li><i>Holds up production sites for projects, costs and other customer related matters through business and expertise.</i></li><li><i>Liaise with business development managers, global account managers, and senior management for pricing approval.</i></li><li><i>Maintain project plan documents, procedures, and project deliverables.</i></li><li><i>Conduct presentations of technical information concerning specific projects/schedules, etc.</i></li><li><i>Provide advice to Project/Product Managers to achieve financial goals in accordance with established policies (Price reviews, Quote vs Actuals, Profit Improvement Plan, etc).</i></li><li><i>Interact frequently with customers and/or functional peer group managers.
