Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Document functional requirements and translate them into Oracle PPM solutions.

  • Collaborate with the extended PPM team on requests to avoid duplicate efforts

  • Ability to Configure Oracle PPM modules (Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Management, Grants Management) and review current configurations.

  • Ensure alignment with business processes and compliance standards.

  • Work with technical teams to integrate Oracle PPM with other modules and systems (Financials, Procurement, HCM, CRM inhouse tools built on APEX platform).

  • Support data migration and validation activities.

  • Develop test scripts, coordinate UAT, and ensure successful deployment.

  • Troubleshoot issues and provide support.

  • Familiar with dashboards and reports using OTBI, BI Publisher, and other Oracle reporting tools.

  • Provide insights on project performance and financial metrics.

  • Ability to prepare user guides and deliver training sessions for end-users.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of configurations and processes.

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to work UK time zone hours to align with the US business users for support and ongoing meetings.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field.

  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with Oracle Fusion PPM.

  • Strong understanding of Project Accounting, Costing, and Billing processes.

  • Experience with Oracle reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher).
