Key Responsibilities:Upstream Activities:<ul><li>Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic product plans and objectives</li><li>Conduct complex market and competitive analyses to identify unmet needs, whitespace opportunities, and differentiation strategies</li><li>Drive the development of biomechanical, pre-clinical, and clinical evidence supporting product development and commercialization</li><li>Oversee and manage high-impact project plans, ensuring alignment between engineering, regulatory, and clinical teams</li><li>Lead execution of design reviews, V&V testing, cadaver labs, and advisory boards</li><li>Ensure compliance with regulatory standards through ownership of high-quality documentation (DHFs, DMRs, and DHRs)</li></ul>Downstream Activities:<ul><li>Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new product introductions</li><li>Oversee creation of impactful sales tools and educational materials (technique guides, training modules, sales collateral)</li><li>Collaborate with operations and supply chain to manage forecasts, inventory plans, and product availability</li><li>Analyze product performance across multiple channels and integrate market feedback into roadmap decisions</li><li>Drive continuous improvement through voice-of-customer programs and post-launch field evaluations</li></ul>Customer-Facing Responsibilities:<ul><li>Partner with sales teams to refine positioning, competitive messaging, and field strategy</li><li>Deliver clinical training and education to surgeons, sales reps, and OR staff</li><li>Provide advanced intraoperative support during product launches and evaluations</li><li>Serve as a field-based escalation point for complex technical or clinical issues</li><li>Champion customer insights internally to influence product evolution and strategic direction</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree or MBA preferred</li><li>5+ years of relevant experience in product management, ideally within medical devices or healthcare</li><li>Proven success in launching and managing high-impact products</li><li>Exceptional cross-functional leadership, project management, and communication skills</li><li>Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management and regulatory documentation</li><li>Ability to travel up to 25% to support field initiatives, customer visits, and cross-site collaboration</li></ul>Core Values<ul><li>Passionate About Innovation – Relentlessly focused on improving patient outcomes</li><li>Customer Focused – Committed to translating user needs into actionable solutions</li><li>Teamwork – Thrive in a collaborative, accountable, and respectful culture</li><li>Driven – Fast-moving, execution-oriented, and committed to excellence</li></ul>Our Values:Our Life Moves Us philosophy is built on four values: Passionate About Innovation, Customer Focused, Teamwork, and Driven.<ul><li>Passionate about Innovation: Improving patient care by delivering advanced technology to our customers is at the core of what we do.
