We strive for efficient and effective operations, and we hold each other accountable for delivering exceptional results.</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left">Here, you will find more than just a job—you will find purpose and pride. </p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2>Your role at Baxter</h2><p>The Sr. Procurement Excellence Manager drives continuous improvement and procurement process standardization, leading Lean/Kaizen initiatives, data &amp; tool governance, and ensuring delivery of savings for MIP projects and cash flow (inventory management and payment terms).</p><h2></h2><h2>What you&#39;ll be doing</h2><ul><li>Identify, prioritize, and facilitate MIP/VIP opportunities through structured ideation.</li><li>Serve as Kaizen facilitator; implement Pull/Kanban and Lean standard methodologies in procurement.</li><li>Develop cases and total value projections for decision making. Total landed cost.</li><li>Develop tools to Project PPV for Budget and updates for financial forecast.</li><li>Implement single-source supplier/material risk analysis and mitigation plans.</li><li>Track payment terms, payment velocity, and working capital metrics.</li><li>Optimize cash flow and inventory (EOQ) with Finance/Planning.</li><li>Develop operating mechanisms, management dashboards, and governance routines.</li><li>Train managers and procurement teams on processes, tools, and compliance.</li><li>Report progress, risks, and savings validation (e.g., VCD) to partners.</li></ul><h2></h2><h2>What you&#39;ll need</h2><ul><li>Bachelor&#39;s degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or other related field.</li><li>10&#43; years in procurement/operations process improvement with Lean implementation.</li><li>Experience validating savings, payment terms, and working capital metrics.</li><li>Strong project and change management; results orientation.</li><li>Experience with Lean/Kaizen tools, data analysis and visualization.</li><li>Proficiency with global ERP (preferably SAP) and MS Office (advanced Excel).</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all levels.</li><li>CPSM/CSCP/Lean Six Sigma certifications desired.
