This role requires strong product leadership, deep technical expertise, and a commitment to ethical, secure, and responsible use of AI to deliver sustainable value across the enterprise.<p style="text-align:inherit"><br /> </p><p style="text-align:left"><b>Job Description</b></p><p><b><u>Key Responsibilities</u></b></p><ul><li><p>Lead cross-functional teams to design, build, and launch AI-powered solutions for procurement, including agentic AI systems and digital platforms.</p></li><li><p>Define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.</p></li><li><p>Oversee the end-to-end development of MVPs (Minimum Viable Products) for agentic AI, from ideation to deployment and iteration.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, validate use cases, and ensure solutions address real business needs.</p></li><li><p>Manage vendor relationships to review make vs buy products to oversee technology integration in the overall procurement process.</p></li><li><p>Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and ethical AI standards.</p></li><li><p>Monitor and optimize platform health, AI model performance, and system resource usage.</p></li><li><p>Must have sound knowledge of the system and solution architecture, to guide and challenge the implementation team wherever required.</p></li><li><p>Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and upskilling within the team.</p></li><li><p>Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to leadership and stakeholders.</p></li></ul><h3></h3><p><u><b>Minimum requirements:</b></u></p><ul><li><p><b>Education & Experience:</b> Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, with 14+ years of experience in AI product management or related roles; procurement technology experience is a strong advantage.</p></li></ul><div><div><ul><li><p><b>AI & Technical Expertise:</b> Strong hands‑on experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and agentic AI frameworks, including orchestration, tools, and memory concepts, supported by proficiency in Python or similar programming languages.</p></li><li><p><b>Enterprise Technology & Architecture:</b> Solid understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), scalable infrastructure, data engineering principles, model evaluation, prompt engineering, and enterprise integrations such as REST APIs and event‑driven architectures.</p></li><li><p><b>Product Management Excellence:</b> Proven track record in technology‑driven product management, with experience leading end‑to‑end product lifecycles—from rapid prototyping and MVP development to iterative launches and scale‑up.</p></li><li><p><b>Business Translation & Stakeholder Leadership:</b> Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications and product features, with strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.</p></li><li><p><b>Agile & Cross‑Functional Delivery:</b> Experience working in agile environments, including sprint planning, prioritization, and leadership of cross‑functional teams to deliver complex solutions at scale.</p></li><li><p><b>Strategic & Ethical Leadership:</b> Strong strategic thinking, problem‑solving, and decision‑making capabilities, with a clear commitment to ethical AI practices, responsible innovation, and governance.</p></li></ul></div></div><p></p><p style="text-align:inherit"><br /> </p><p style="text-align:left"><b>Skills Desired</b></p>Effective Communication, Finance Management, Internal And External Customer Needs Analysis & Satisfaction Studies, Managing Resources, Negotiating
