<p>By clicking the “Apply” button, I understand that my employment application process with Takeda will commence and that the information I provide in my application will be processed in line with Takeda’s <a href="https://jobs.takeda.com/privacynotice" target="_blank">Privacy Notice</a> and <a href="https://www.takeda.com/terms-and-conditions/" target="_blank">Terms of Use</a>.  I further attest that all information I submit in my employment application is true to the best of my knowledge.</p><p></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2><b>Job Description</b></h2><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><ul><li>Computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) administrator &amp; Engineer.</li><li>Planning and scheduling of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies for equipments based on schedules, and availability of clearance and resources.</li><li>Responsible for maintaining data in the CMMS system pertaining to the Equipment, Systems, Functional locations master data, maintenance plan, Bill of Materials (BOM), Maintenance schedules, Task lists in the system.</li><li>Maintains spare parts master and ensure the required spares are available for carrying out the maintenance activities.  </li><li>Understands simple issue related to maintenance activity and aligns the requirement to continually improve the maintenance procedures.</li><li>Is conversant with Statutory aspects for applicable regulations pertaining to Pressure vessels, Rotating equipment, Lifting tools and tackles and schedules the plan for performing the tests periodically</li></ul><p><b><u>Must Have Knowledge &amp; application at</u></b></p><ul><li>Maintenance of equipments mechanical aspects</li><li>Shall have a good knowledge in understanding maintenance concepts, scheduling and planning.</li><li>Strong understanding of site EHS systems, permit-to-work, and lockout-tagout practices.</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.</li><li>Knowledge of ISO system: ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, pharm cGMP systems shall be preferred</li></ul><p><b><u>Good To Have </u></b></p><ul><li>Hands on experience on CMMS / SAP -PM</li><li>Working in Paperless setup.</li><li>Understanding and knowledge in Agile operating systems like standard work, 5’s implementation etc</li><li>Six Sigma concepts    </li></ul><p><b><u>Decision-making and Autonomy</u></b></p><ul><li>Must have capacity and authority to make simple decisions and escalate complex issues timely.
