Job Description Summary
As a Senior Network Provisioning Analyst, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing network provisioning activities across the organization. You will manage and maintain strong relationships with Network Telecom vendors and OEM partners to ensure timely delivery, service quality, and contractual compliance.Working closely with internal network engineering, sourcing, and finance teams, you will drive analytics, reporting, and cost optimization initiatives related to network services and assets, while also managing the network hardware and software lifecycle, including planning, refresh, support, and end‑of‑life activities. In this role, you will provide data-driven insights, support vendor performance management, and contribute to continuous improvement of network provisioning and lifecycle management processes to ensure a reliable and cost‑effective network infrastructure for GE HealthCare.
Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Partner with network engineering, sourcing, finance, and business stakeholders to translate demand into network provisioning, asset, and lifecycle requirements
- Support network operational strategy through analytics, reporting, and cost transparency aligned with FinOps principles
- Coordinate end‑to‑end network provisioning activities, including orders, changes, and decommissions, within approved budgets and timelines
- Act as the primary interface with Network Telecom vendors and OEMs, managing service delivery, order accuracy, performance, and issue resolution
- Perform detailed analytics and reporting on network services, hardware, software, and vendor spend to support operational and financial decision‑making
- Drive cost optimization initiatives, including spend analysis, contract alignment, service rationalization, and chargeback/showback inputs
- Manage network hardware and software lifecycle activities, including inventory accuracy, refresh planning, support coverage, and end‑of‑life tracking
- Ensure alignment with HAM and SAM practices, maintaining accurate asset and license records, support entitlements, and compliance with vendor terms
- Ensure provisioning, asset, and financial management processes are followed, and continuously improve them through simplification and automation
- Identify and manage operational risks, data gaps, and non‑standard events impacting network services, assets, or costs
- Provide regular stakeholder updates and reporting on provisioning status, vendor performance, lifecycle health, and financial metrics
- Validate the quality and accuracy of vendor deliverables, asset records, and service outcomes against SLAs and internal standards
- Track operational outcomes and customer satisfaction metrics, ensuring lessons learned are captured to improve provisioning, lifecycle, and cost management practices
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and substantial professional experience in a relevant field
- High proficiency with Excel and other analytical or reporting tools
- Advanced analytical and problem‑solving abilities—able to interpret complex data, communicate insights clearly, anticipate risks, and translate findings into actionable plans
- Strong customer orientation—anticipates needs, designs processes with the customer experience in mind, and builds trusted, collaborative partnerships
- Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working effectively with global teams across multiple time zones and functions

- Background in the telecommunications sector is an advantage, but not required
