（主要职责、责任）负责辖区内公司产品在临床的宣传和学术推广工作，执行公司的产品策略及学术推广活动，并达成公司的绩效目标。

业务计划与执行：

• 分析负责辖区市场情况，明确市场潜力、重点客户及对应品牌策略，制定相应的业务计划，最大程度地开发辖区内的潜在市场确保绩效目标的达成；
• 熟悉医院准入、医保、商保及患者支持项目流程，执行区域的准入计划，确保公司产品在医院渠道的畅通和准入。
• 及时洞察辖区市场状态并向上级主管反馈竞争状况等市场信息，依据市场现状适当调整业务计划，并提出反馈建议

客户管理与维护：

• 根据品牌策略完成辖区客户画像分析（Profiling）最大程度的识别出潜力客户，结合公司绩效目标确定CRM目标客户，完成客户分级等CRM维护要求，确保客户信息真实、准确、完整；
• 根据绩效目标制定拜访计划并实施，准确传递疾病知识、指南更新、临床证据和产品价值，识别客户学术需求并建立长期可信赖合作关系；

学术活动执行：

• 独立组织开展医院会，围绕疾病知识、临床证据和产品价值进行清晰、准确、合规的讲解并答疑，并完成会后跟进和系统记录。
• 执行辖区内公司认可的学术交流，配合跨部门团队推动/执行重点项目落地（如：COE项目等）

合作创新与合规：

• 与跨TA，跨部门（市场、医学、准入等）团队协作，共享客户洞察、业务机会和执行反馈；

• 参与区域会议、业务回顾、培训和经验分享，保持成长心态，主动学习并应用公司数字化工具。
• 严格遵守公司的各项规章制度，确保辖区内业务活动的执行均符合公司政策和流程的要求；保护客户信息、公司商业信息及患者隐私，以诚信、专业的方式代表公司形象。

（教育程度及证书要求）

• 医学、药学或相关专业大学专科及以上学历

（岗位所需资质）

• 准入相关：有成功准入三甲医院或专科医院的经验
• 新产品上市经验 ：具备新产品/新适应症的上市经验
• 3年及以上医药学术推广经验，有MNC或者Biotech公司工作经验
• 3年及以上肿瘤领域经验，或者3年及以上特药领域经验

• 学术敏捷性（优先考虑）-- 能够了解科学在业务中的应用，掌握科学进步的最新动态，以应对医疗保健专业人员和组织的需求和挑战。
• 学术推广技能/客户互动（优先考虑）--能够有效地参与、影响并与 HCP 合作，利用所有沟通渠道，对 BMS 药品和解决方案进行有竞争力的定位。
• 数字化工具运用 （优先考虑）-能自学并运用AI工具解决问题提高工作效率。
• 具备一定的英文听说读写能力
