<ul><li><h3><b>Job Summary</b></h3></li><li><h3>The position is to support and ensure the effectiveness and excellence of MSL and Other Medical Function operation in line with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and to provide a range of support services, including Data Analysis, Data Management & General system administration support, and event logistics support</h3></li><li><h3></h3></li><li><h3><b>DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES / 主 要 职 责</b></h3></li><li><h3>Lead and implement Medical internal communication and programs</h3></li><li><h3>Set a clear yearly medical communication plan align with country communication program.</h3></li><li><h3>Lead and implement medical annual meeting and quarterly townhall meeting with onsite and online situation</h3></li><li><h3>Facilitate quarterly new medical employees orientation training with positive feedback</h3></li><li><h3>Manage and system control for medical internal and external communication platform including content development and information collection with TA delegations</h3></li><li><h3>Perform as contact person as global saba cloud and system management</h3></li><li><h3>Leading medical affair culture and people caring program including birthday party, LT lunch meeting and awarding program</h3></li><li><h3></h3></li><li><h3>Operation systems Develop, improve and enforce business processes</h3></li><li><h3></h3></li><li><h3>Identify opportunities for business improvement and gaps/risks in Medical operations, and make a plan to set best practices and establish goals</h3></li><li><h3>Lead activities on process development and process improvement for Medical in accordance with rules and environment</h3></li><li><h3>Ensure and improve processes within the department as well as ensuring conformity with regulations and standards. Lead medical processes such as SOP approval and preparation for select divisions</h3></li><li><h3>Execute initiatives as delegated by Medical Leadership Team such as reporting, training, monitoring, archiving</h3></li><li><h3>Contribute to projects and processes that impact cross-TA and cross-functional departments within Medical</h3></li><li><h3></h3></li><li><h3>Enhancement of Medical capabilities</h3></li><li><h3>Identify opportunities to improve the methodology within Medical and provide practical solutions to functions and teams supported</h3></li><li><h3>Assist in various training functions such as induction training, soft skill and capability, MSL certification, product knowledge etc.</h3></li><li><h3>Contribute to the development and delivery of capability training programs</h3></li><li><h3>Build forward thinking and innovative teams that can fulfill the needs of the internal/external customers</h3></li><li><h3>Ensure own knowledge of best practices and new relevant developments is up to date for all factions</h3></li><li><h3>Ensure that vendors provide sufficient service for the Medical functions as a whole</h3></li><li><h3></h3></li><li><h3></h3></li><li><h3>AstraZeneca is an equal opportunity employer.
