This position is tasked with driving and advancing adoption of Imperative Care products by working with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL), product managers and sales professionals to train on the use of our technology and how it fits customer clinical needs.</span></span></span></span></span><ul><li><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', Times, serif;"><span style="font-size:11pt;"><span style="line-height:normal;">Lead educational programs and events by setting up and facilitating field-based trainings for physicians or sales workforce. </span></span></span></li><li><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', Times, serif;"><span style="font-size:11pt;"><span style="line-height:normal;">Identify, allocate and manage internal and external support and resources required to deliver training programs, partnering within cross-functional teams to drive education activities, meetings and events.</span></span></span></li><li><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', Times, serif;"><span style="font-size:11pt;"><span style="line-height:normal;">Collaborate with healthcare professionals (HCPs), and/or sales to perform ongoing needs assessments and ensure training initiatives align with strategic priorities.</span></span></span></li><li><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', Times, serif;"><span style="font-size:11pt;"><span style="line-height:normal;">Develop strategy and content for education programs based on targeted audience.</span></span></span></li><li><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', Times, serif;"><span style="font-size:11pt;"><span style="line-height:normal;">Articulate education strategy to sales and marketing leadership.</span></span></span></li><li><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', Times, serif;"><span style="font-size:11pt;"><span style="line-height:normal;">Create and analyze program metrics, measure effectiveness and identify opportunity areas for new or additional training programs and events.</span></span></span></li><li><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', Times, serif;"><span style="font-size:11pt;"><span style="line-height:normal;">Develop, foster and maintain internal and external partnerships (KOL network, VOC, product managers, HCPs, sales reps, etc.) to survey and gather audience feedback.</span></span></span></li><li><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', Times, serif;"><span style="font-size:11pt;"><span style="line-height:normal;">Participate in sales convention, society meetings, forums, symposia, educational and scientific programming meetings for promoting product &amp; or a combination of education/training and experience.</span></span></span></li><li><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', Times, serif;"><span style="font-size:11pt;"><span style="line-height:normal;">A solid background in neurovascular or cardiology, coupled with clinical experience</span></span></span></li><li><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', Times, serif;"><span style="font-size:11pt;"><span style="line-height:normal;">Clinical background (cath lab, nurse, etc.), or strong neurovascular sales skills preferred.</span></span></span></li><li><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', Times, serif;"><span style="font-size:11pt;"><span style="line-height:normal;">Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills;
