Description

  • Lead end‑to‑end Import/Export operations, and ensure full compliance with China Customs and regulatory standards.
  • Manage HS code classification, Customs valuation, COO, and all Import/Export Customs clearance accuracy.
  • Drive internal audits, training, and risk assessments to maintain a strong compliance culture.
  • Collaborate with RA/QA, Supply Chain, Legal, Finance, and Commercial teams to support business requirements and provide strategic inputs into supply chain decisions.
  • Use DBS (or Lean) to drive process improvement and operation excellence, i.e. lead‑time reduction, cost‑saving and efficiency improvement opportunities across trade operations.  CP certification (or lean certification) will be a plus.
  • Provide expert guidance on Import/Export feasibility, Customs requirements, and regulatory impact during business expansion or product transitions.
  • Maintain strong working relationship with Customs, and other relevant authorities.
  • Well vendor management to improve efficiency and cost effectiveness.
